The drone shots are really good. But, I understand why some folk are very apprehensive about having all and sundry having them flying around. We thought we might have got a brief "review" of De's new sandals, but we guess we'll have to wait.
DE’s sandals worked great The rules for drones in Spain are very strict with fines of up to 250000 euros And we never fly when there are people near by
I basically binged your videos over a few days. Love them, thank you. I look forward to the rest. Did the blister situation get better with the sandals? We hope to walk the Francés route in September/October of this year. So I am curious to hear your gear review and also hear more about your accommodations and how often you made reservations ahead. Thank you again for this great vlog!
Thanks for watching. I found that the sandals help elevate the pressure on my blisters allowing them to heal. I did wear a pair of socks with them - wasn't the best of looks. Once the blisters healed I was back into my joggers and kept the sandals for walking around at night. We will be putting up what gear we took and what did and didn't work for us shortly. We mostly pre-booked accommodation from Sarria as it gets busy from there on. Cheers Jim and De
I am wondering how the sneakers/runners are working out. I have a pair of salomons, which I very much like. They offer the support I need. Would like your thoughts on the runners tho.
Thanks for watching. We trialed joggers and hiking shoes before we went and walked them both in prior to going. We also alternated our shoes during the day. I would recommend getting something with a good tread as the terrain is quite rough and a size bigger than you would normally wear. It all comes down to personal choice and what you are comfortable in. Cheers Jim and De

Still loving your adventures, and the drone views. Thanks, looking forward to the next one, Buen Camino 🤗
Thanks Elly
We appreciate it
We will be putting a video together of all our favourite drone shots in the next few weeks
