I love how this archetype has been seeing a lot of play recently, both as pure in common charity, and being splashed into swordsoul as extenders

  • @Dakki_

This archetype is indeed very well made. The talent of some of Konami's employees is a benediction for all of us.
I'm going to play Tenyi now ^^

Wow I appreciate this video man. I'm an old yugioh player and the last archetype that connected with me was Yang Zing, which gave me a love of Wyrm type monsters. What a cool Wyrm archetype I'd never have known about without your video. Thanks for that man. Keep it up

Hell yeah! Wyrm archetypes are so well designed man 🥰

Wow, what a cool archetype with cool designs, inspirations, and gameplay style. It would be a shame if the most play they got was as extenders in swordsoul
In all honesty, love this. Great job shining light on this underrated deck

    • @nbassasin8092

any time they make decent wyrm deck that needs some generic resources, both they and ss cards will see play. Now that is not saying much, but hey expecting archetype to become relevant every few years is a rare feat only few managed to pull

So, I was working on a home brew subclass for DND 5e inspired by the Aesthetic of the Tenyi archetype, and so while I was digging around for information on the cards and effects, I came across this video.
I’ve learned more about what I should be doing with the subclass and also more about one of the most obscure philosophies(as someone who lives in the Bible Belt of the US). Thank you, and I’ll definitely be checking out more of your videos in the near future

The support is given because you make really good content! (Just thought that needed to be said) I personally prefer the more competitively minded videos but I still find these types of videos super entertaining! Keep up the great work.

Kinda an unpopular opinion (I guess), but the fact that Decks like these are rather a "small" Archetype, is what makes them so special.
I mean, I couldn't agree more with the fact that you want to see more stuff beeing added to your favorite deck, to expand it even more, but you can see it this way, NOW you like it, it got everything that it needs, creativity, a special theme, but also a unique way to play it (at least for the most "smaller decks" out there). But the thing is, I'll rather have that than a pumped deck that somewhere on the line looses it's "magic" and maybe even feels a bit oversaturated.
Like for excample, my most favorite Deck out there is Unchained. Really loving it's style, it's theme and so one and so on. I also know that it isn't particularly strong or that it will never reach somewhere close to meta, nor do I believe that there will be any new support for it in the next time but that's actually one the reason why it's so special for me. Everyone played decks like Salad, Eldlich, Dragon Link or so where they aren't something special anymore but the decks that go under the radar of most people is the stuff that makes this game so interesting, those are the hidden gems of the game. And you can't tell me you don't sometimes also go "Oh, I've never seen this deck, that actually looks kinda cool".
But none the less, I really enjoyed this Video. The thing that makes your videos so special (at least for me) is the passion you're putting into them. One of the reasons why this is unironically one of my favorite Yugitube Channels out there. No matter which style of video the next one is gonna be, I'm allways happy when you upload something new since it's allways something special :)

Firstly, genuinely tysm for the support!
Secondly, Although I did say that it’s disappointing to me that these decks go un-appreciated I don’t at all disagree with you that the low profile these decks keep make them even that much more special. Honestly I think Tenyi and Unchained are great examples of that, archetypes with amazing amounts of effort poured into them, warranting the love they get and garnering a sort of cult fanbase if you want to call it that.
It’s unfortunate to see a deck I enjoy so much get overlooked by the bigger platforms but also it’s like a treasured secret! I absolutely get what you mean.
Thanks again for the continued support, your comments are always truly appreciated ❤️

@@sleepyygo yep I really think so, but that was the time I quitted Yu-Gi-Oh because I went to high school. I just started again 3 years ago thanks to lots of french yugitubers (yep I m french). During that time lots of old players did the same as me, and Yu-Gi-Oh became very popular again in France. And I am so frustrated to not have the opportunity to play all of these old formats
