Dragon never dies! No matter what time, what format it is, there will be dDragon's. Great video as always.. I do genuinely think that Link Dragon, Synchro Dragon, Fusion Dragon, and Chaos dragon are the strongest and most versatile pool of Dragon monsters. However, the XYZ and Pendulum Dragon pool feel alot less versatile and incomplete, perhaps that is where Dragon will evolve into next.
@@sleepyygo I feel like Konami probably plays Xyz Dragon decks a bit safely thanks to Hieratics and Drulers. Drulers are self-evident, but Hieratics in the OCG could easily make two Atum to grab two REDMD, then make Gustav Max and two Gaia Dragon to easily OTK opponents. I imagine REDMD going to 1 was partly due to this. Then again, I played way back in the day. Atum might not even be an issue anymore.
Am I crazed for trying Photon Thrasher + Rokket Tracer in D-Link just for access to Level 8 synchro followed by better access to Chaos Dragon Levianeer's mixed effect
This video was so good! It deserves a lot more views! I also think that because every anime series until Sevens had a rival that used dragons and their cards were then pushed in the core sets giving dragons new sets of cards every series. Like blue eyes, cyber dragon, red dragon archfiend, galaxy eyes, and rocket/borrel cards. And we didn’t get any for sevens since they’re in rush duel. But they have so many dragons and dragon archetypes they can keep giving support to in the main game anyways. As well as introducing new dragon archetypes/decks if they want to.
