In the USA some schools wear uniforms but most of the time it's a polo shirt and pants/shorts. However, if you go to a private/religious school, the uniforms are similar to these.

On college/university i think it depends on school or department bc my sister wears uniform but my cousin doesnt even tho they go to the same school. So basically we wear uniforms for atleast 12 or more years
