So for me, the goal is to be as lean and toned as possible like Brad Pitt in fight club.
I watched Fight Club in 2003 when I was 18 years old. That was the beginning of my weight training journey. Everyone wants to look like Tyler Durden. After about 5 years of trial and error, I figured out what worked for me. Just 30 mins of weights per day because you dont need that much muscle mass. The key is cardio 60 mins per day. You need that much cardio because you need to constantly be in caloric deficit. I tried the ketosis thing but its not a long term solution because ketosis gives me low energy and makes me moody. So eat your damn carbs and do the cardio. I'm asian so I eat tons of rice everyday. Dont need to go crazy on the protein. Just focus on calories in calories out. Keep it simple.
woud you say this workout in the video was pretty accurate as to what you did? what are your workouts for each day/ split and how are the timings on those?

Even if dating was a competition you wouldn't win it with muscles, specially not a whole lot more muscles than Tyler Durden, most girls don't really care about them that much and most DONT like a lot of muscles. Doing well in dating is about self steem, self respect, and feeling sure of yourself, a mindset and an attitude.

You missed hanging leg raises for those elongated abs. Brad also did a lot of mat work and wrestling as prep before the film which helped his core, hips, and hip flexers.

He barely has any muscle, but he is very lean. Anybody with any muscle mass basically just needs to diet down aggressively to look like that. Keep in mind, though, that you will be weak, and you will be small.
