Once ready, put the cookies on some parchment paper and bake in a 320 degree F (160 C) oven for 20-25 minutes depending on the quanity of cookies. For the amount and size shown in the video I baked them for 23 minutes. Remove once done and put on a cooling rack. They will harden some once out of the oven so do not cook till hard. Enjoy! You can subsitute orange zest for lemon zest if you prefer.
