I legit thought they were called "Meyer Audio: Circus" on first look at them. Maybe that for a name? I plan on trying to get my hands on a set of these! Great review!
There are two listings on the Myer Audio Aliexpress store. One is $181 and the other $157. The link here goes to the $157 one, but the one on your webpage review goes to the other one. Neither are identified as CK-D41. Just want to confirm before ordering that they're all the same. Thanks for the review.
They are both the same so go with the cheaper option! Myer Audio was having issues with their store and kept having the listing go down so they created another listing from my understanding.
These are quite amazing for the price (when on sale especially) they have good bass, midrange is really nice and the treble is good. Boy is the cable great! This is worth the risk of a less-than-familiar company.
I'm hoping with the more attention they have been getting their products will hit other stores like linsoul or hifigo eventually so they can reach a wider audience.
Thanks for this review! I have the chopin too and find the trebles and upper mids slightly too harsh. Would you say the CKLVX has a tamer more balanced tone for that?
You're welcome! For me the CK-D41 is more relaxed in the upper mids and the treble resulting in a less harsh experience. Mids are pushed back a bit compared to Chopin and aren't as in your face though as this is a more balanced tonality.
Chopin is clearer sounding but brighter and colder presentation, CK-D41 is warmer but sounds full across the frequencies with better timbre, stage, details and imaging.
You would have to ask AWSMDanny about the P5 comparison, I have not heard it as of yet. If you prefer vocals and especially if you are looking for a more vocal forward set grab the SLIIVO SL-41, it is very similar to this but more mix focused with extremely nice vocals in my opinion.
Hey, quick question. Looking for iems to mix 4/4 techno. I've narrowed down search to S12pro / d41's and found the second ones for 100£. Do You think it is a right decision? Much appreciated, cheers!
I'm definitely not an expert in terms of mixing so I don't feel like I can give a proper answer...I haven't tried S12pro yet but D41 is very impressive with its technical abilities and has a good low end.... In my mind that would make it a pretty good choice for mixing I would think?

Why is this the same IEM? I don't have the Pula PA02 to A/B but they do graph slightly differently....outside of what normal unit variance would be from what i have seen.
@@MichaelJMalloyI couldn't tell you if they are the exact same. I can only go off the graphs as I don't have each in order to A/B. CKLVX can be had for ~$120-$130 on AliExpress right now using the coins section and using their store coupon. That's quite a bit cheaper than the PA02. That being said the graphs are similar enough that if I had one I probably wouldn't rush out to buy the other.
I would take this or Meyer Audios SLIIVO SL-41...if it was only one for gaming as well I would take the SL-41 as it's tuning is better there for me. For music So far both these Meyer Audio sets take and swap places for my favorite set depending on my mood and genre.
Both are great all rounders and usually the only reason I grab one over the other is because of what mood I'm in. If I want a more neutral representation that's more analytical I'll grab the Sliivo, if I want a more fun listen that often gets me moving I'll grab the CKLVX.
I'm sorry, i'm kind of an amateur in this world of high quality IEM, but i want to ask a question, if i want to use these type of devices in a desktop computer, my motherboard has a shitty sound card, only the usual 3.5mm, so i've been wondering if there are any products, i've heard they are call dac+amps?, one for a desktop user, cause i do not have a usb type C either so these type c to 4.4mm dongles won't work on me either, are there any dac+amps or anything that could support 4.4mm and deliver a solid performance for these IEMS? cause i highly doubt my shitty 3.5mm motherboard port will do them any good, thx very much nice review
Thank you for the kind words, and no need to apologize, we all start somewhere. Specifically in regards to you mentioning you do not have USB-C you can use a USB to USB-C adapter. This is what I did when I first started. There is a relatively affordable dongle called CX-Pro that can even be found on Amazon that includes the said adapter. You do not need 4.4mm as it sounds the same as 3.5mm I just prefer 4.4mm as it feels more premium to me. For desktop use currently I use a FiiO K11, and before that I was using a FiiO Q11 both for desktop and portable use. I find both to be great and they do have 4.4mm if that is something you do indeed want. But these aren't necessities that are required. Let me know if I can help any further! Thank you.
Not too many come to mind for me right now, if you can get SLIIVO SL-41 during coupons you should be able to snag one for that price. It comes across fairly neutral and obliterates most I've tried around the price range haha

I definitely recommend these for music, I really enjoy them in games that are more immersive like helldivers, Elden ring, dragons dogma ect. I am not a fan of them for competitive first person shooters such as Tarkov or counter strike.
