1/4 medium yellow onion
1 tsp olive oil
5 oz chicken breast
salt and black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp italian seasoning
4 oz mushroom
1/2 cup brow rice cooked

Heat oil in a large pan on medium-high heat.Add onions to skillet and cook for 2 minutes.
add meat and Season half salt and pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, Mix well until browned and cooked through.
Stir in mushrooms stir, and continue to cook for 4 minutes, until mushrooms are tender.
add cooked rice and cook for 1 minute. Garnish with parsley.
2 low carb cabbage stir fry 330 calories (1 serving)
ingredients:
1/4 medium yellow onion
4 oz green cabbage
1 tsp olive oil
1 garlic
5 oz ground breast
1 oz grated carrot
1 tsp low sodium soy sauce
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, 1 minute.
Add meat cook, stirring occasionally, until cooked through, breaking meat into small pieces with spoon or spatula.
Push meat the side and add onion, carrot, and cabbage. Stir to combine with meat and cover utill until cabbage is tender and add soy sauce. Season to taste with salt.
Transfer mixture to a serving dish.
3 chicken and zucchini 330 calories (1 serving)
1/4 medium yellow onion
1/2 small zucchini
1/2 medium red bell pepper
1 tsp olive oil
1 garlic
5 oz ground breast
4 oz diced tomatoes
1/4 tsp italian seasoning
salt and black pepper
Preheat large skillet on low - medium heat and add oil. Add onion, garlic and bell pepper; saute for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Move vegetables to the side of the skillet and add meat. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add zucchini, diced tomatoes italian seasoning, salt and black pepper Stir, cover and cook on low-medium util zucchini is tender.Serve hot
4 delicious easy stuffed peppers 390 calories (1 serving)
Ingredients
1 medium red bell pepper
1 tsp olive oil
5 oz ground breast
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp italian seasoning
salt and black pepper
1/2 cup brown rice cooked
1 oz tomato sauce
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp grated low fat mozzarella
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Slice the bell peppers in half from top to bottom. Remove the seeds and membranes then arrange cut side up in the prepared baking dish.
Heat oil in a large, nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add the meat, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder salt and pepper. Cook, breaking apart the meat, until meat is browned and cooked through, about 4 minutes. Add cooked rice and tomato sauce and water. Let simmer for 1 minute.
Spoon the cooked rice mixture into the cut pepper halves, filling them to the top. Pour water into the baking dish to fill the bottom and top with cheese.
Cover with foil and bake until peppers are softened, about 30-35minutes.
Serve immediately
5 green beans and chicken recipe 350 calories (1 serving)
Ingredients
5 oz green beans
1 tsp olive oil
5 oz breast
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp broth
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp low sodium soy sauce
Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add the green beans and cook for approximately 3-4 minutes or until beans are tender.
Remove the green beans
add meat and garlic powder cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Add the green beans back to the pan and cook for 2 more minutes or until the green beans are warmed through. add broth, honey and soy sauce and cook for 30 seconds.
Serve immediately.
6 cauliflower fried rice 400 calories (1 serving)
Ingredients
1/2 small head cauliflower
1 egg
1 egg white
salt and black pepper
1 tsp olive oil
1 clove garlic
4 oz breast
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
1/2 red bell pepper
1 scallion
1/8 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
7 healthy salad with chickpea and spinach 390 calories (1 serving)
Ingredients
4 oz breast
1 tsp olive oil

Great recipies! Quick tip for the chicken & cabbage, get a bag of coleslaw instead of chopping, you can still use onion, garlic. Cook chicken first then then the coleslaw, toss around it cooks real quick. You can use whatever flavours you want (not all these flavours together)like olive oil or sesame oil, worchester sauce and or soy,taco seasoning(salsa on the side)ginger any spices you prefer, some water. If you can't get ground chicken cam you use chicken breast instead?. I'm going to be trying pretty much all of these, I'm on a weight loss journey myself and at the moment I've lost almost 2 stone, I like your channel as it gives me new dishes to try as I think that's another reason I'm doing so well because normally I would have got bored of eating pretty much the same food and then gone back to eating unhealthy, but you give some many great ideas it keeps me motivated. I don't see any reason why not, but be careful that your weight of meat is compensated for and also, you may need to cook cubed breast meat a bit longer than ground meat. I am not a fan of ground chicken but don't mind ground turkey at all and if you want more 'meat' try mincing up brown mushrooms and adding to tround meat or thicker slices to add to cubed. Cooking healthy is wonderful these days.

yes i eat eggs about three times a week and steak twice a week also im starting to add nuts into my diet. Also if im not eating eggs for breakfast i will be having milk with weet bixs

I wish they had recipes for those of us on blood thinner like Coumadin. We need to watch our Vitamin K intake. There's so very few books that have good recipes for us. There's Dr Gourmet but his recipes don't taste good or too much liquid. I have only found one book so far. And it doesn't have everyday ingredients. This is desperately needed.
