I heard infra red sauna can help along with strict diet restrictions and DAO , magnesium , methylated folate , folinic acid and extended fasting .
Fasting is what helped me get rid of the inflamation and sticking with low histamine diet . Dont ever ever eat aged meats , aged cheese , fernented foods and pickles. Run away from milk and milk products including yogurt. Yeah it isnt looking too good , but life without histamine activation os great with some sacrifice we can make in life style n diet ❤

You can make a new baseline after fasting.
I still do most days omad.
I add everyday something new. Some things i can take some still not.
Wine i have the lowest histamine works.
      😂
And i ate a freshmade icecream first time in life without the toilet feast after and blowing up. 😂😂
I taak tulsi quecertin and woodworm as extra supplements.
I can walk outside without allergy tears.
      Life has changed.
      Sleep good.
Not nervous anymore and skin is so shiny and young.

So the best diet to stick to right off the bat is a carnivore diet? And then start implementing herbs and supplements while slowly reintroducing low histamine FODMAP foods? Is that the takeaway or am I mistaken? I am what seems to be at the beginning of histamine intolerance due to sibo and I am really trying to lock this down and get it gone before it starts to get too bad. So far I am experiencing joint and muscle pain, hives, and nasal congestion, and slight tightness of the throat when I have a reaction. Any help or clarification on this would be greatly appreciated!

I am feeling so confused right now. I have been ill since I was 34, I am 56 now. Mainly digestive issue but then later fibromyalgia. Ok am sure that it is down to sibo. I just watched a really good video about sibo by Dr Rajsree Nambudripad. She said that white rice is one of the few carbs that are ok to eat on a sibo diet. So I am getting confused. I find it hard because I am a Vegetarian and have now started eating fish which I would prefer not to eat but I can't live on fish.
