6 years together and making memories in your Troopy. Congrates. We are 41 years together and still making memories in our Troopy too. Lifes good guys. Stay happy and enjoy your travels.
I remember when the track to 1770 and Agnes Waters was a rough bush track. I was horrified when I heard that it had been sealed. Once upon a time you could fish off the rocks or take a tinny up the creek and catch loads of fish and there was no one there to share it with. All that was there was a few huts on the beach. It was a rough wilderness and only true adventurers dared to go. Still, we can't stop progress. At least there's a fish and chip shop. And you can say you've been to a pretty special place. And you did it before you got old. Cheers to you both :-)
Can do the Eurimbula track from Turkey Beach through but even its changed a fair bit in just a few years and plenty of adventures with a left or right half way along it
We are not amazing ,you guys are the amazing ones ...can't wait till we get to australia to do what you guys are doing..thank you for your great videos
Enjoying your trip together around Aus so much... Loved to see parts of Seventeen Seventy again. I camped there with my first wife back in 1993 and loved it to much and the back roads down to Bundeberg were incredible.... All dirt and very slippery from all the rian they had at the time... but still enjoyable... thanks so much for living not only your dream but the dream of a lot of us that would love to do what you guys are doing... Love the vieos
Started watching the other day, got interrupted but now I'm back!! You sure you didn't just have a dream!!!! Another awesome vid again. Weight is always a big issue. Your subs are growing!! Congrats guys. Catch you next episode.
Hey thanks for watching! I was awake well I’m pretty sure I was anyways 😂😂 very scary experience. As for weight yes it is a issue for sure we are working on it slowly getting rid I certain things that we aren’t using as much.
Finally someone on TH-cam camping around Oz that's interesting! Watched yr Cape Trib one and loved it. I backpacked and worked up there for 6 months in the 90's (l'm from Melbourne). But my worst fear has to be feral idiots making trouble. Thank you for posting this because everyone tells me its safe as houses but you really just don't know. Once l was in a tent in an actual camping site in Hervey Bay just until my bus left at 2am for Noosa. Two drunk morons walk past my tent and one said to the other, hey, wonder who's inside here? And started to unzip the tent. 😳 Luckily the other one had a shred of brain left and said Nah, don't do it, let's go. Breathe again..... Single chick on her own....
That would have been terrifying! You do have to watch out especially when your by yourself! Fingers crossed it’s all smooth sailing on our next trip round. Thanks for watching 👍😊
@@itsJackandMegan yes never really got over that so car camping with a tent attachment (hatch down at night!) is the way to go. Keep up the good work guys 👏😊
Awesome videos guys. 1940 subscribers as I look. You been blessed with almost 1000 since you recorded this video! Happy Anniversary! Will there be a Troopy Baby on the way soon 😁. Just messing with ya😜
hahah, that's why my travelling buddy is a Rottweiler backed up by a 12G, see how much you appreciate the home comforts every now and then when travelling long term - roll on 2k subscribers guys & congrats on the 6 years, I bet it went quick 😋😉
Classic- we got the recommendation to visit from a campsite neighbour in NSW and had to get him to repeat it because we thought we misheard 😂 thanks for watching mate!
Hey guys keep the awsome content coming it’s awsome to watch. If u can find it in you budget look in to the bury or striker phone cradle and antenna they really are worth the money especially for you guys needing internet to upload videos. I say this cause I had one in a truck and was in a parking bay 90ks sth of coober peedy and was able to watch the footy grand final by putting my phone in the cradle for full service and hot spot my iPad to sit by a fire with the game going. You could do the same and hot spot to your lap top. Keep in mind the higher gain arial the better service you’ll get. Any communication mob will be able to advise. I know there using the bury kits and a 3ft GME antenna’s in some out back mines with full service in other wise dead zones
I live in Bundaberg they would be young people probably on drugs the crime rate was pretty bad then as far as steeling goes they would say that to scare people and they no they can get away with steeling that why they said it
You 2 are in a Troopy, so that's a good start. Congrats on 6 years, you should/did splurge a bit. Have to ration gas/water/electricity and all the other mod cons when travelling. Bbuutt don't get the same ol view every morning. I'm a fan.
I really love your videos, you guys are down to earth and very inspiring 😊 We had a trip planned for September in our van but unfortunately the ACT lockdown doesn’t let us! Watching you guys makes us dream about freedom! Thank you
Thanks for the kind comment 😊 hopefully all this COVID stuff settles down soon. My sisters locked down in Melbourne as well and I think they have just gone into another lock down!
Because silly Megan only has an automatic license. I probably wouldn't trust her driving if even she did have her manual though 😂 she's one of those people who parks a kilometre away from the shop entrance so she doesn't have to park next to any cars so imagine her in the troopy 😂
Thanks for watching mate. We have already been! Unfortunately the wind was a bit heavy the day we visited champagne pools so just had a quick look but it was still really beautiful regardless. We’ve got a couple of videos up from our time on Fraser, definitely one of our favourite places so far!
Just found you guys and subscribed ... Great Vid and btw Happy Anniversary .. Could you please explain how you hook up your mobile ph to the fishing rod and what that what cable is ..Thanks
Hi mate thanks for watching! Haha I used some duct tape to stick the phone to the rod and ran the charger on an extension lead from the inverter to keep it charged 😂😂 Worked a treat!
