    “ I love ❤️ who I am”…when a person can reach this point in his/her life then living begins! 😊

    Thank you, dear heart, for sharing your life with us, for telling it so beautifully. No hype, no Queen-like nonsense, but straight from the heart. And, I appreciate that you tell it carefully, unhurriedly. I finish your video wondering why I haven’t met a lovely man like you. I wish you every happiness.

    There are so many broken gay men out here. I just want to say that relationships are more than just sexual compatibility. Having fun, and making memories outside of the bedroom is what makes a relationship loving, respectable, and long-lasting. People are more than just sex objects. People in general, heterosexual and homosexual, need to realize this. It makes way for a better life. Thanks for sharing your story.

    • @lgbtqarchives

      Absolutely! On top of all that, when you have a damaged community, everyone suffers, EVERYONE! It's really a simple concept. I don't get why people fight against equal rights, same sex marriage, access to healthcare and all that good stuff. What's in it for them? We'll never understand.

    Nice guy. Wow...even tho his family was accepting (apparently), what a betrayal to be outed like that. As a young man you don't have the toolset to deal appropriately, but as an adult that would have been an immediate relationship ender, despite the seeming positive outcome with the family.

    It always amazes me when gay dudes talk about how they were able to have sex with a lady. This is nothing against the guy telling the story, but I could never (physically) go through it. When I was in 8th/9th grade I thought I was gonna have to grow up and marry a lady so I was trying to hide the gayness. I went on a date with a girl and kissed her and it felt very unpleasant (nothing against the girl). After that night I had to come out (to myself) because I knew there was no way I would be able to fake it with a woman.

    • @lgbtqarchives
      @lgbtqarchives  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, but not everyone feels exactly the same about that. Some have zero attraction to a female, but anything goes. On top of that, those who were brainwashed or whatever, learned to force their body to do certain things. They were able to perform, but it doesn't mean they enjoyed it, so there's that too.

  • @fredphilippi8388

    I was puzzled by your being offended when your first LTR got interested in someone else. Why not let him pursue it and welcome him back when he realizes the other can not compete with you? You had the same experience when you "found another," only to be swiftly disillusioned. Many women let their husbands roam and learn, sooner or later, and welcome them back.
    This is one of those stories which I think of as stuck in "creation mode." Always creating, but ... nothing final. We gay guys have to forgive ourselves. We of a certain age had no exemplars. Hopefully, young today's young gay guys have some exemplars.

      Agreed - for you and I and maybe lots of others. But so what? Best not ‘to begin’ and be judgmental. We are all different - with varied outlooks, levels of tolerance, expectations. One man’s red flag to another may be green, amber or colourless. This individual has lived/is living a life to the beat of his own drummer - as do we all surely?
