Proposal to Increase Fiduciary Subnets

This week I noticed an interesting proposal from DFinity. They want to increase the number of nodes inside the fiduciary and Internet Identity subnets. They want to raise the size from 28 nodes to 34. In this episode, I share this proposal with you and share my impression on the matter so far. Please add your two cents in the comment section.

Given that it should increase security and I'm guessing capacity as well, and there are nodes not really doing much, may as well go ahead with it. If for some reason there's a problem, the NNS can always vote to make another change later. Apparently DeFi is a primary vehicle for increasing liquidity as well.

So Dfinity has extra nodes, so dfinity adds nodes and collects Rewards and gains more voting power? I trust Dfinity, but doesn't that make ICP a bit more centralized than decentralized?
