Yes. Emeritus is available after keeping your CCIE active for 10 years. Lifetime Emeritus is available after 20 years. Since I didn’t use my CCIE as part of the Cisco Partner program, there wasn’t an advantage to keeping an Active status.

The problem is the hiring managers don't respect CEH much anymore, so it's listed as its approved, but its not valuable and far from an "ethical" organization.
