INGREDIENTS:
FOR MAWA
BUTTER - 1 TSP
MILK - 1/4 CUP
MILK POWDER - 1/2 CUP
FOR CAKE
BUTTER - 1/2 CUP
POWDER SUGAR - 1 CUP
CURD - 1/2 CUP (SUBSTITUTE 2 EGGS)
FLOUR - 1 & 1/2 CUP
BAKING POWDER - 1 TSP
BAKING SODA - 1/2 TSP
MILK - 1/2 CUP
CARDAMOM POWDER - 1/4 TSP
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML

It does! The addition of the cardamom powder gives the mawa cake its distinctive flavor. We buy ours from a Parsi bakery. This recipe is a blessing during lockdown!
