Why do we raise ancestors to a level of gods. Why do we always think that once one die, he/she becomes enlightened and stuff. I am so proud of the Gen-Z. I support their call to reject the 2024-2025 Finance Bill 100%. I am saddened by how the Kenyan Christians dismiss everything by “let’s pray”, “let’s fast”, with no actions. They’ve become very simplistic. Anybody who calls for action or sees things in a different lens is dismissed as a sinner, backslider, non-believer or simply a demon. We have allowed ourselves to be oppressed. The majority of the Kenyan churches have opened their altars to bal (politicians) to come and spread lies and more lies to their congregation as long as they bring sacks of money that has been rooted from the public coffers. The pastors/Bishops don’t admonish, reprimand or counsel them. In fact they have been encouraging them to continue to root and oppress the people as long as they bring some of the root to their churches. The only time some individual pastors/ bishops have talked is when their interests are touched by the government. They too have lost their light, and their salt. They abandoned their role of the shepherd. What a shame. I am so proud of the Gen-Zs. They have said a big NO! to this nonsense. They’re willing to stand against corruption, injustice and tyranny that is being meted against them and against all Kenyans. They are willing to take the bull by its horns. REJECT THE BILL!!!
