Gold and silver are set to log an uptrend in their values in 2024, as per the forecasts by UBS, as quoted on CNBC. This expected increase is largely attributed to the anticipation of the U.S. Federal Reserve cutting interest rates probably from May, can I safely invest $220k in the markets? What should I do differently?

Gold’s pricing has historically shown an inverse relationship with interest ratesWhen interest rates fall, gold becomes a more attractive investment compared to bonds and other interest-yielding assets so I suggest you get yourself an expert advisor to be on the safe side

Accurate asset allocation is crucial right now, and some individuals use hedging strategies or allocate part of their portfolio to defensive assets for market downturns. financial advisory is vital for achieving this. This approach has helped me stay financially secure for over five years, yielding nearly $1m ROI

Your editorial is indeed highly philosophical but full of substance. It's difficult for a common man to fathom the various issues pertaining to justice and the Indian judiciary raised by you in your editorial.
A well known lawyer once said " All judges deliver judgements but not necessarily justice". This is the present situation in India.

I have made myself understand that from millions of years humans are trying to evolve on their terms and not natures terms, so humans made themselves believe that evolution is upgrading lifestyle, living in democracy, economic stability etc. Now time has come to upgrade the operating systems of democracy, finance, ethics etc. Very soon time will come to change the OS of healthcare, lifestyle etc, since some viruses have overcome the security systems of our democracy.

We are all today thriving in a vitiated environment. So judges are as much impacted as all we humans are. So where then does the solution lie. It goes without saying that it lies with us citizens, no matter from which walk of life we originate. In short all of us will have to act as curators. This is an obligation we owe to ourselves. No State functionary will act on our behalf.

How many judges have submitted their Assets and Liabilities as on date?
If an innocent citizen makes any error he has to face music from various agencies. But a judgement delivered verdict later on changed by higher courts or bench, is there any punishment or removal for music by concerned parties?
It seems there is absence of laid down parameters on the basis of Apex courts proceedings, verdict. Apex court/s have different views on the same, similar matters. (Manoj Kashyap and Manipur matter, Nupur Sharma and ' Swami', Agitations in and around Delhi, Teesta Setalvad, )
Courts are open during vacation, in late night to grant bail, and enjoying various vacations. Piling of cases, what a contrast?
In fact judges must be asked to go through life as like common citizens minimum 45 days in a calendar year.

Sujit, I concur with your editorial today in almost all counts.
    1) Its very reasonable to point out all actions are only against opposition and so it does raise suspicion to a common man… I have come to believe that time will come where somebody like congress would raise to power in few years and at that time, the BJPs turn will come. Common people like u and me’s shud just get satisfied that corrupt is being punished some day.
    2) well justice vs judges is also very relevant… this has happened in TN also. In jayalalithas corruption charges justice Cunha sentenced jayalalitha, but judge kumarasamy released her. Finally Supreme Court upheld justice cunhas judgement almost word to word. But by that time jayalalitha was no more… so what does common man learn from this…? 100% with u on this. At minimum, justice kumarasamy shud have been penalised for releasing a proven corrupt that became a cm yet again… but a common man cannot criticize courts na… so life goes on…
Courts needs reforms too. Who is monitoring them… I don’t know and it looks like they are sacrosanct .
But u shud also note that Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi are still in bail for Deccan herald case. So bail is the rule works for them too

You can see in the future Abhijeet Gangopadhyay, a BJP man like Ranjan Gogoi, who once did press confrence for blaming CJI.
I know it's not good to blame a judge, but I learned this bad manner from union government ministers.
However, if one gets confused in a tussle between judges, he should read their judgments carefully.
By the way, the Hon'ble Supreme Court now takes charge of that particular case by using its jurisdiction.
