It is people like Bobde who give confidence to people likeTushar Mehta to make statements which reek of arrogance and which incidentally is the trademark of the Modi sarkar,in the Delhi HC, when he told the Delhi government not to be a cry baby. The expectations of the people from the Supreme Court is tremendous, the supreme institution which would act as a corrective to the executive and administer justice in the interest of the people and the country. That way the role of any Supreme Court Chief is looked upon with great awe and reverence. It is greatly disappointing that after Justice Gogoi whose tenure most people want to forget, one thought Justice Bobde would rise to the occasion and do his best to elevate the institution. Unfortunately it did not happen. Again there are enough reasons to be disappointed with his tenure.

Can we talk and ask from PM about availablity of resources against 10 lacs or more cases for Covid 19..
In reality, India is suffering for more than 5 Lacs cases..
In resources, we need to focus all below.
    1.) Beds n Hospitals
    2.) Medicine and Kits
    3.) Oxygen, their Cylinders
    4.) Doctors, Nurse, supportive team
    5.) Administrative teams
Because any distribution in any resource is very critical to save life of people.

Jagnath Misra ,Gogoi,Arun Misra and Bobde should be tried by a grand jury as war criminals are tried after the change of government ! Hopefully the future governments have the courage !
