I'm not sure whether any more Chief Justices will follow their predecessors path to this " Hall of Shame ". While Modi and team are burning their midnight oil to find pliable judges, it also happened with Indira Gandhi, let's keep our fingers crossed with the appointment of the new Chief Justice.

Every judge of every court is supposed to uphold the law of the land. That has to be the only legacy, they should be leaving behind as and when they retire from active service. But it is so unfortunate that many of them from the lowest to the highest court like for example the Supreme Court of India are doing just the opposite. Ideology is always socio-political. It cannot be extended to the legal and administrative domain. So both judges and civil servants need to be ideologically neutral.

The episode with Justice Akhil Qureshi just shows you that merit alone is not enough for you to serve the country in the best possible way that there is. On the other hand, you have people like Bobde, Gogoi, who have made a sellout of themselves IMO. But then people say, Muslims enjoy equal freedom in this country.

    1.) Beds n Hospitals
    2.) Medicine and Kits
    3.) Oxygen, their Cylinders
    4.) Doctors, Nurse, supportive team
    5.) Administrative teams

No Mr. Bushan it was a plot. One CAG and one ANNA was selected and used with outmost cunningness. Lot of right thinking people like you too fell into the trap. The resources and kind of characters like Babas and sadhus being used by RSS were visible and obvious. By the it was too late and the anti congress emotions were too strong to recuse from the commitments unwittingly made. Now the realization hurts you but ego stops you from admitting it. Fine, you too are human. But, what about those blissfully enjoying the fruits of a sin, like Kejriwal, Bedi etc etc.
Well, I don't expect an answer.

Very soon, Mr. Bobde will become a politician, and then he will get a good share of electoral bond money.... then how could he issue a judgement against it.... that is a big fortune... RJ membership is a very small position, compared to electoral bond.... from Serum Institute, Ambu and Andu bhai, from those Rich who became double richer in just one year...

We require a higher judiciary comprising high calibre judges, and this can be secured only by establishing the NJAC, which the Congress - led opposition thwarted with unbelievable myopia. From an ideologically and politically inbred community of judges, India is facing crises of personal integrity, civilisational wisdom and ideological neutrality. Hence , one of public confidence as well. Political and sectarian partisanship is not productive.

Further, the interpretation of the Same Law is open to interpretation by different Judges by their ' own inferences' ; leading to different Judgments, how , even the best legal luminairy,or Lawyer can foresee this.? Waiting for the justice, and not the Judgment..??
