Hi Maila. Made it to Oahu, living in Ewa Beach for now. Praying for Maui…love watching your videos with my husband. You’re our 1st call when we’re ready to buy. Hugs
Thank you Maila and Koa for the great video explaining the Diamond Head neighborhoods in detail. Have driven by in St. Louis Heights, the view is stunning.
I have a question about the car dealerships out there. Can you tell me the type of vehicle popular there? For example are the vehicles mostly gas powered motor vehicles and are the popular mid size vehicles better options because of the narrow roads? When considering purchasing a vehicle which are most popular? Because of mechanical maintenance of parts and components and specialized equipment needed what vehicle do the average shops specializing in servicing or work on? And about the other islands of Hawaii what are the most popular vehicles to purchase there because available parts can be gotten from these nearby islands can be a decision maker when considering a purchase. Also some islands are inundated with livestock like chickens and other bird species roaming and free ranging from place to place, so perhaps a wiser option for consideration is to opt for a smaller size vehicle that might be be a wiser choice?
What I am hearing is that Hawaii is only for millionaires. It’s actually a little unfair. How do law enforcement and firefighters or hospital workers live there. How do grocery stores and department stores operate there. 😢
Love your videos. 👍
