"Statistically significant" has no real meaning. Data manipulation to obtain results in order to publish is infamous.

Correct, however the research doesn’t promote a specific brand, and it’s also not about a profitable drug created in response to a man made problem.

Looks like 'probiotics' as a whole, bacterial and fungal share this binding capability.

Ok but... if you don't say which probiotics strains are helping with this, and from those studies, it's kind of useless to be honest... could be worth to do a follow-up video in this sense...

There are many more studies than the ones I posted, and it looks like all probiotics share the binding capability that I talked about. This is good news to me, essentially any supplementation in my view provides this unknown benefit. This is also why multi strain fermented foods were show to have this benefit as well.

You need to do your own research into probiotics. He's not paid to be a personal support person, he's just getting important info out for us to know about. Don't expect people to do all the digging for you, that's just being lazy frankly. First place you can go is to a local health food store. They have knowledgeable people on staff. There are other content chariots with degrees in science, biology, chemistry. Look on TH-cam for them.

Probiotics are not a panacea and have to be approached with caution from their sugar content. Is there one brand that's best? Cheers

I prefer supplemented products, vs fermented foods for this very reason. I also like spore based formulas. I posted a few in the description below.
