I've been to the sierras more times than I can remember, but for some reasons, I've always written off Lassen Volcanic as a second or third tier choice. However, after watching your video, I think it really has changed my mind about it. The varying terrain really is so interesting... thanks so much for posting. I get sort of "Kraig Adams meets Adventure Archives" feels from it haha! oh, and how WERE the mosquitoes (saw the head nets at one point)
