Life before death. Strength before weakness. Journey before destination. Thank you for this message Justin!

The only reason you might have mental disease regarding your production is because you fear the outcome. Enjoy the moments while you're in the flow, regardless of the end goal. Do it because your soul enjoys the experience. I've never released a single piece of music, but i enjoy fiddling as much as anyone's finished piece. Much respect to you for not giving up on your passion regardless of the hurdles.

I'm not going to lie, I had a mental breakdown about my musical career today and this really helped. Thanks!

I don’t think im using the best words but i treat this as a “necessary evil”. Despite the weight and pressure trying to grind it out and trying to make something out of this… its still an escape from the mundane. Hence why ya its better to power through and i much rather deal with these obstacles and overcome them rather than not be an aspiring music producer and not having a passion in life🥺

8:40 this happened to me after one of my biggest gigs ever to a crowd of 2k. The high was incredible then the low the next day was crushing. I've learned to look more so at the person I eventually became from the months of prep, practice, visualization, meditation, and calming my nerves for that gig. All about the journey bruddahhhhhhh

It's clear that you have a lot of experience in this field Justin, and for that, thank you.
As an artist duo, it's hard when we hit rock bottom to pick ourselves up and carry on doing what we love without thinking too much but as you say, focusing on each day as small victories is the essential and above all don't forget to live ❤

This can weigh heavy and feel overwhelming sometimes and you had some very important key points here. We may learn this in the corporate business world, but almost no one talks about it in the music industry. Thanks! ❤🙏

This video is incredible. This is one of the main reasons I love Cosmic Academy so much and have pointed so many of my friends to it. No other Academy out there that I know of is as focused on helping you being a well-balanced, mentally healthy human being as you approach your artist career. Much love Cosmic!!!

We scroll... the length of the Empire State building? 😂 That's one of the funniest statistics I've heard, ever! Great content! Your points are right on target. Taking up music production was one of the best things I ever did for my mental health. I'm feeling better and better without even working on my thoughts and feelings, by simply producing. It works like a charm.

The insane amount of time we put into something that most people don’t care about. Unless You’re Taylor Swift. Money, the loneliness etc

Neck pain i got was scary. Its was the headphones usage. Middle of my brain started aching like very oddly. When i told the doc. The reason was posture. My posture was bad. So anybody who’s reading. Look put for your posture. Plzz
