    Love your posts and meal ideas!! Jordan, i am trying to find your video discussing why you went from Plant based back to eating meat again. Interested to know what made you decide to introduce meat back into your diet. But everything you make looks so healthy and good for you too!

      I found the video! And you answered so many questions I have been considering and my main concern with eliminating meat/egg is the things you mentioned in that video. Thank you for your honesty and info. Would love having u as a health coach lol but sure being a PA is keeping you busy!!!! 😉😁💗

    This is so helpful! Couple of questions: Where did you find the Tommy’s frozen greens, and how do you prepare the Miracle Noodles? I tried them once and they were kind of funky tasting.
    I’ve been loving that Jim’s Amazing bread, toasted with ricotta spread on top, then I add a dollop of TJ’s pumpkin butter and toasted pecans.

      So glad this was helpful! I found the Tommy's frozen veg mixes at my local Kroger 🙂 For the miracle noodles, I toss them in a bath of simmering water in a small saucepan for 2-3 minutes, then rinse and drain, and the funky taste is decreased! OHHH wow that toast sounds AMAZING!!

    Hey baby girl, love your videos! I was wondering, do you eat any wheat or rice? I am trying to reduce carbs to see if it has any affect on my acid reflux issues.

      I do eat rice! Maybe once a week. Sometimes wheat when I'm out to eat or my mom bakes a really good sourdough ;)

      I've used a few different brands! I usually look for one that's organic since matcha is the actual dried green tea leaves - don't want to drink any pesticides!

    Could you make a video on how to prepare simple meals with the miracle noodles? They just seem so fussy. Like don’t you have to dry them out in a skillet first?

      Ohh I should definitely do a recipe video sharing all the ways I prepare them. But in the meantime, here's what I do. I put 2 cups of water in a small saucepan and heat the water to a simmer. I drain the noodles in a colander and give them a quick rinse. Then add the noodles to the simmering water and set a timer for 2 minutes. Then I drain them back into the same colander and they go straight into the sauce or tossed with veggies I'm cooking. I don't bother drying them out! Just giving them that quick bath in the hot water cooks away the off-putting taste 😜

      Chocolate Chia Pudding -
      2 tbsp chia seeds
      2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
      1 scoop chocolate protein powder
      pinch of cinnamon, cardamom, and sea salt
      1 cup of water or non dairy milk
      Stir all ingredients together in a jar or container with a lid. Store in the fridge overnight or for 4 hours. Top with berries, yogurt, nuts or seeds.
