Hey friends! Hope you're all enjoying this holiday season 🤗 I wanted to top off the year with another Mediterranean Diet video, this time with some sweet treats! Let me know what you think, and what you want to see next!
So happy to have found this video! I am a relative "newbie" to a Mediterranean way of eating, after transitioning from Keto, which was not working for my body. Especially excited to try the chocolate/fig balls. I will be subscribing to your channel. :)
Yum! I'm gonna definitely try the cookies!I've started my weight loss journey too! Hoping that everything goes well! The only thing keeping me on track is my youtube diet diary! Hope at the end of 2021, I achieve what I aim to!
Wow! These look really good! I just came across your videos and have seen a few. I have been interested in the Mediterranean diet but not sure what to make. I have a few health issues and think this could really help. Thank you 🙏🏻
This looks really good! The alternative apple crisp looks so good, I will definitely try it. Like your husband, I’m a big fan of crisp so might try baking them!
I just subscribed yesterday and am ready to start the Mediterranean Diet tomorrow. I’m confused though. I listened to a Doctor on TH-cam and he stated full fat yogurt, but I’ve noticed others are saying non fat Greek yogurt. Are there other videos that you’d recommend for a newbie to learn more about how and what to cook on this life long diet? Thank you and Happy New Year!
First off,, I love your videos ,, thank you and would love to see more of them,, also ,, in one of them your mom made you granola ,, could she share that recipe?
I just tried the chocolate fig bites and they are fantastic. I hope I'm correct in using dried figs? I see that dried have a few more carbs than fresh but I can't always find fresh in my area.
Wow these all sound amazing!! Do you follow the Mediterranean diet due to PCOS? I’m looking for something to do and have been struggling with losing weight and swollen ankles and it’s just getting so frustrating!! Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Love your videos!
Can substitute figs with prunes ? I had watched this recipe a while back and I was at the grocery store and though about this recipe but I though it required prunes, so I bought prunes instead of figs 😂

Do you have a favorite brand of tahini?
I typically buy my grocery store's store brand :) Stirring it up or shaking it in the jar helps it have an even consistency.
This was great! I cant wait to make all of these recipes for some sweet treats!

Yes I do! I mainly try to keep to the "anti-inflammatory" diet as a whole, but I LOVE Mediterranean recipes, so that ends up being what I eat a lot!
@@jordanwaddell thank you sooo much for responding!!!
I’m not a fan of figs. Is there something you can substitute? Thanks for this video!
