As a horticultural therapist working with elders in assisted living and memory care, I’m in love with this! Clients with limited mobility, including wheelchair users, could easily plant and tend. The automatic watering option is a brilliant solution to the challenge of keeping the containers watered when I only see them once or twice a week. Thanks for showing me exactly how to set one up and some of the practical considerations so we’re more successful. BTW, I always recommend your videos to my plant-loving elders who want to garden vicariously with you. 🌻

I love this, ❤️ 😍 As my mom got older she could no longer bend and get up easily. I would put all the containers on the picnic table with flats of flowers and potting soil! She loved it! Always an avid gardener, I know her love of gardening is now my passion....
Grew up in rehab and nursing facilities and these would be like when the Nintendo Wii made its way to those places.... It would be a blast!!
Being a horticulture therapist must be an ideal profession! I was a case manager for long term care, and a horticulture therapist would have been so helpful for our members.

I'm sad I missed out on the amazing 25% off! I've been pondering getting one of these for awhile now. They would be great for my 89 year old grandma who can't garden like she used to, and I know she misses it! Wow. This is amazing. You mentioned small growing areas. I love my garden however I have had knee surgery and rotator cuff surgery in last few months. This is perfect. I'm planning a very DIY'd wedding and after watching this video I thought how cool it would be to have a GreenStalk near the bar. Like a cocktail garden that guests or bartenders could use to garnish their botanical-inspired drinks! Doesn't have to be for a wedding, though, it would be fun for any summer garden party!
Amazing....we have super dry, hot summers and our plants never get enough regular watering. Love that I could put this on my deck or patio and it not be obtrusive and take up precious space.
My 11-year-old just started getting into gardening this year. A friend recommended your videos to us and he loves them. He has a gardening journal that he takes notes in while he watches your videos. It's the cutest! He just watched this one and is now dreaming of all the strawberries he could plant in one of these! Him: "Mom, you have to comment on this video. I need one of these for strawberries. You like strawberries, Mom." Me: "Oooo, it spins! 😍 Ok, sure thing bud. I'll comment." A friend of mine who taught me to garden on a large scale over 30 years ago, recently moved into a 55+ community. She is grieving the fact that she cannot garden. Loved your msg. I too have an older gentleman friend I assist that has Parkinsons & dementia. He loves flowers so I maintain 3 urns for him throughout the year with many ideas I learned from Laura. The flowers bring him such happiness!

This Greenstock system is awesome especially for us folks that have only a concrete patio. This also comes handy for people that like big displays of flowers, trailing petunias would cover the whole thing in no time. Since it's green color it would blend in better until the plants mature.
Fellow Garden Answer viewers beware of this fraud for the giveaway. Texted on Telegram and they were adding in the greenhouse and a bunch of other things with the Greenstalk vertical garden. This person was not Laura because she didn't spell one of the cat's names right & couldn't name the vine by the kitchen door area. This is a fabulous system. Makes it possible for everyone to garden and learn especially those who do not have access to any type of land or a yard for that matter.

GreenStalk Vertical Gardens are a wonderful way for individuals who don't have a lot of space to garden. Love the addition of the watering system.
Wow! Those look like the perfect way to raise vegetables and strawberries on my back deck. That is one of the few places in my yard where I get enough sun to grow things that require 6 plus hours of sun. With all the supply chain issues the grocery stores are having it would be the perfect way to keep fresh vegetables available.

I have the same struggles. I am disabled, with a very bad back and neck, and I can no longer get down on my hands and knees to garden like I used to. And I love gardening! I have been looking for solutions over the past few years, and this is a really good one for me. This container would be such a blessing for me. I’m sure I’m going to buy one soon!

I just bought my 1st Green Stalk and I have planted strawberries. The addition of the top and the watering system is awesome. I’d love to add another one for lettuce so I can stop sharing with the squirrels , chipmunks and bunnies in my back yard. I garden in raised beds but these are such space savers plus I can put it on my deck to be more convenient for harvesting lettuces and herbs .

I have two of the smaller terracotta clay colored Greenstalk planters. I typically plant beans, sugar snap peas, carrots and lettuce or flowers. They are what I began gardening in originally, and I continue to love them for their durability and versatility.
How fun! A greenstalk would be a perfect addition to tuck in on a patio.

I am in the process of planting my Greenstalks for the first time and am really excited to see how they do! One idea (not my own but from someone else and maybe it’s already been mentioned here) is to take the black cap that comes in the package with the clear drain tubing and put it on the cone part of each tier as you are filling it with soil to prevent bits of dirt from going down the hole. Just remember to remove it before putting the next tier on. Great video and love the new automatic waterer!

Yay, I am so excited for the new watering system and LID! I have nearby neighboring trees that drop buds, leaves and seeds throughout the growing seasons every year - it's been a pain to keep the water reservoir from clogging up. I am happy to hear GreenStalk continues to make improvements for us gardeners and that you support their product that is local and American made. This set up is perfect for a kitchen garden like you mentioned Laura. That way you don’t have to clutter up the back patio with too much planters and still have space to walk. Also the round design lets you place it to specify which plants need more or less sun or shade and you can adjust based on the plants needs
