Use very thin needles or acupuncture needs about 1 inch deep on the stomach channel St. 36, 37, 38, 39 on the shin. Do gentle manual stimulation or by electric acupuncture stimulator. Good results are obtained perhaps not miraculously as in the video but have to repeat it 10 to 15 mins for several days. Called also dry needling in the North America.

If you have a ''real'' foot drop (paralysis, not just pain like seems the patient in the video) Tendon transfer is the best teraphy. Why you want to avoid surgery? Surgery is the best. And put braces to walk proprely eight now until surgery.

Oh, there are many Guillain Barre Syndrome(GBS) sufferers here . I too one of the victim of GBS & still having foot drop in my left leg. Do not know how to come of it , tried with all types of exercises, no cure so far .....

I'm not misleading anyone. look at the comments youself, people have footdrop from years. I'm a active member of "Guillain-Barre Syndrome/CIDP/AIDP" community, 90% of the people complain about foot drop and are using AFO. 10% of people tried Acupressure for 3 to 6 months but foot drop wasn't fixed and this woman in video got it fixed in a single attempt, seems straight out of sci-fi movie, isn't it ? People have terrible muscle atrophy, now tell me does acupressure reverses Lost Muscles ? Physical Therapist says there is nothing better than Physical/Occupational Therapy and a good diet to build muscles. If you say Acupressure is better option then it must be fully proven ... I do not say that it doesn't works but it hardly works. For some it works and for some it just doesn't. We cannot consider it as a mainstream therapy (As of now). I'm not against any therapy , If therapies like Acupressure will become mainstream therapy someday in nearer future and will be helpful for Human well being then people will definately start taking this therapy into consideration.
