Seems like some of you are upset about the betterhelp sponsorship so let me give some clarity on my position. I was informed about recent controversy at the time of accepting the sponsorship that there were privacy breaches where patient information was being sold to advertisers between 2017 and 2020. In my opinion, this is nothing new for any company online, our information has always been monitored and sold for advertising, so I didn't think this was a problem. Every person and company online will have something people dont like about them when you air out their dirty laundry. Anything else beyond that is not anything I know of, but you are always welcome to skip sponsored segments and move on (like most of us normally do on youtube). If you don't like that I took this sponsorship, that's a problem you will have to deal with personally. I personally think it's wild to have a problem with a content creator taking a sponsorship as it is more often than not, a very good source of income, and usually taken in good faith. If you can't support me going forward because of this then you never really were a supporter to begin with. I appreciate your concerns for issues like this, i can assure you that I am happy with what they're paying me (provided a comment like this, explaining my side of the story to you all doesn't cause them to reconsider paying me). Do want you want with this information going forward. See you all at the top!

adventures path is something different than activity advisor you mentioned, adventure paths actually gives people extra rewards for early levels, it's good for zoomers with low attention span

collection log idea is massive grind if you choose to do it, like to get best one means doing clues which can take over 5 years or most life grinding to get ahold of.

A few years ago when Jagex compromised the polls by reducing the requirement to 70% from 75% (which worked for almost 10 years with no issue and consistent game growth / profit) *just* so they could force a new skill in the game, that’s when I knew I was leaving the game for good. Jagex inevitably went back to their old habits of forcing content that they personally prefer over the good of the game itself.
How would the new npc rework deal with flinching monsters then? If you're "out of combat" and the npc will Regen. Will this be a problem?

Adventure Path - I got 3 friends to play 2 quit but they all really liked the adventure path because it gave them direction and gear. You have to remember new players don't know wtf is going on but it could be expanded a lot more. I was torn because on one hand the adventure path is dumb due to runescape being a sandbox MMO on the other hand its to overwhelming for most when you can do anything.
I like the idea of the hp reset but there are too many ways for jamflex to fuck it up for me to actually be excited for it. No more flinching. No more solo corp.
Prawn balls and Grotworms in OSRS are uncanny and kinda sus ngl.

NPC resetting is kind of silly. It also would kill some methods like arclight/elder/bgs spam wouldn't it? It can't be just HP that would be exploited.
they should make all upper level defensive gear available for 1 defense pure but with 0 or negative defensive bonuses if youve 1 defense and want the attack bonuses thats fine but you shouldnt be able to capitalize on good defensive gear with lvl1 defense

Whenever I get a trolls task I cannon them. Know what happens to half of the trolls when they get hit by a cannon ball? They walk backwards until they're out of range. After they de-aggro, they walk back into range, get hit, repeat. NPC reset would mean half of the cannonballs I use will be made useless as the monsters HP resets. This is a brainless update & your support is obviously brain dead as well.

For everyone upset about the sponsorship: why attack the messenger? Shouldn’t your focused hatred be on the company itself, instead of the messenger?
Companies such as Facebook, Google and TikTok are notorious for selling user data. Facebook in particular was even selling users message data with Netflix for over 8 years, this is not new this has been ongoing with the internet as a whole for a very long time.
If Better Help is doing wrong by users confidentiality, then the attacks should be at them, not the messenger.
Well you still gotta educate (not demean) the creators so that they know the sponsor is dogwater. Everyone's got their own set of ethics and some can afford to turn down paid sponsorships in the name of ethics, most can't. I'd love to see my favorite creators vette their sponsors and choose wisely, but I also wont fault them too much if they do promote companies like Shitter Help. At the end of the day the companies will never be held accountable and it comes down to those who promote it and the consumers to do something about it.
The problem is that BetterHelp was selling medical information, which is a federal crime. People are going after the messenger because BetterHelp profits HARD from these ignorant ad reads, and because this isn't their first go around with this company and their shitty/federally illegal business practices.

There are a lot of YT vids shitting on betterhelp for being a bad service, aside from selling data. "The betterhelp youtube virus is back" is one of the more recent ones. Since this topic has been popular on youtube for a while, that's probably why people are unhappy about it.
Personally I couldnt give a fuck, get that bag King, but I do understand the sentiment of not wanting a creator to advertise a bad service. I've never used betterhelp so I can't speak on their service, and I'm 99% sure everyone throwing a hissy fit probably hasn't used it either

+1 I can see people voting against the quest xp lamp change when it's obviously a good idea, just to be dicks. I haven't got a restricted build that would benefit from this, but it clearly wouldn't cause me any problems either. But you know what some people are like, the slightest change and they start crying about "easyscape" and "EOC mk II" and "I had to do it the hard way so you should have to as well!" I'm all for polls on the big changes, but this kind of thing is a no brainer...
Remember guys, sponsors on channels are just another way for content creators to make a living. If you don’t like the product, you don’t have to use it.

hasnt been outed as a scam, they were involved in a scandal where peoples personal information was being sold for advertising purposes, like every other online company does, facebook for example was selling peoples private messages to companies like netflix. since the FTC scandal 5 years ago, they seem to have updating their policys and vetted their therapists. I am yet to see any proof of the company being a scam
