This robust talk covered the past 6 years of my life. Thank you for sharing that even really old mold exposure can still impact a body. Dental amalgams removed were the biggest relief of burden so far for me. However, I still have a low tolerance for mycotoxins, heavy metals, pesticides (disinfectants), and petrochemicals.
With the push for common places to have nasal spray opioid antagonists available, you would think people would question the impact of the abundance of synthetic cocktails in ambient air. Avoidance of artificial fragrance should be best practice in schools since chemicals traveling through the nasal passageway have access to the brain. This is where the brain retraining becomes difficult. Can I really self talk (retrain) my connective tissue on just my right side not to lose functioning with certain chemical exposures?

Retraining isn't just about self-talk but, yes, it can help considerably.

I had the same mold issue in my home year back exactly like Ari did, my dr at the time did nothing and told me mold causes No issues. 😮 I had severe sinusitis and my asthma was so much worse for years before and after I found the mold. As soon as the wall was taken down and treated and dried out etc I started breathing easier. So I know it Did cause issues. I've also had severe fatigue issues since. I've worked with ND and other people with no help with the fatigue. Meds control the asthma but it's doubled in amounts and I can't get it down to 1x a day anymore. Very frustrating. I'm working on circadian rythyms and redlight therapy now and it's starting to help.
So of course my favorite part was the mold segment and then the HM and CFS section.
    Thank you!

I would check out Cellcore Bioscience. They have two mold protocols a beginner and an advance protocols. I would start low and slow as they are strong products and everyone react differently. Carboxy the 2nd and stronger mold binder can be run through the sinuses( only a dash it can be painful)(the company recommend sinupulse with distilled waster so you not putting chemicals into sinuses. I would also open up the caps of Biotoxin binder as will help pull from the lungs and soft tissues.I use electroyles to cover the taste otherwise ti . I would start with the Jump start kit and then move into the mold kits. Otherwise you can look up a cellcore practioner. I hope this helps!

2 people can have the same amount of mould toxicity in the body, but its the dysregulated N.S that becomes ill. The N.S approach should be an integral part of recovery. I would recommend a recovery program that focuses on on the mind-body connection, such as SOMIA HEAL (Karden Rabin and Jennifer Mann) or BE YOUR OWN MEDICINE (Rebecca Tolin). Amazing success stories.

Wow, thank you for having him on, Ari! His approach makes a lot of sense.
I checked his website, and he has a reasonably priced (600) course that sounds awesome, and he even has a book that says what tests to get and what supplements to take!
He also has a ~2 hour quiz online you can take to see what you might have. I’m going to do that this afternoon!
Sorry if these were mentioned-I fell asleep during (due to exhaustion), so I plan to relisten! 😊
    Thank you again!!

Had Long Covid and exposure to mold in last 2 yrs with a 20 year Progressive MS diagnosis. Have seen a progress in symptoms and trying Gemmotherapy (Olea Europaea, Lonicera Nigra and Malus Sylvestris) but not sure if there is any difference or if this treatment is worth continuing.

I would check out Dr Darren schmidt(chiro) twenty plus years of experience. He is who I would go see if I got something major. he said he has seen parasites be a big cause in MS. He has a youtube channel. I hope this help.

Give it a fair trial and discontinue if no progress is seen. Same principle for any therapy.

You didn’t talk about the lambic system re-training which is key to the successful brain retraining. …..

My mcv, crp, glucose (enlarged red blood cells) are outside of normal range. Ana screening and ssa ro antibody postive, moderate dry eyes mild dry mouth, suspected sjogrens syndrome. This is contributing to hand joint pain, stiffness, chronic fatigue, and lost weight. 30 lbs. My natural dr. I will see him on Monday, he will prescribed medication for hand rheumatoid or arthritis. I don't like prescribed drugs. Any feedback would be very much appreciated.😮

Not a very natural approach for a "natural doctor". Maybe find another.
