4th of JULY in NYC | hot dog eating contest, east river fireworks

After spending the weekend by the Jersey Shore with friends celebrating early since the 4th landed on a Tuesday, we decided to spend the 4th at Coney Island to watch Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Contest!
Things didn't end up going as planned, but it was eventful nonetheless. We also got to see the Brooklyn Bridge and the Macy's Fourth of July Fireworks from the East River overlooking the Manhattan skyline 🎆
