Restoration of very rusty pruning shears

Restoring these old pruning shears, which were very rusty, was a great challenge that was worth it. The scissors, which were practically unusable due to the accumulation of rust, gained a new life after a careful restoration process.
First, the scissors were disassembled so that each part could be thoroughly cleaned. The rust was removed using the now famous "Natural Rust Remover" (kkk) in addition to sandpaper and files, thus revealing the underlying metal.
After cleaning, the scissor parts were carefully polished to restore the shine and original appearance of the metal. The blades were sharpened to ensure the scissors worked perfectly. The handle was also restored and received a new layer of paint and varnish to protect the wood and enhance its beauty.
Finally, the scissors were carefully put back together. The result was surprising: scissors that were previously rusty and unused were now ready to perform their function efficiently. The restoration not only brought back the functionality of the scissors, but also preserved a piece of history, as it was an old and emotionally valuable tool.
This restoration not only demonstrates the skill and care required to bring old and damaged objects back to life, but also highlights the importance of preserving objects that tell stories and have sentimental value. It's amazing how a little hard work and dedication can work wonders, transforming what was lost into something functional and valuable again.
