I LOVE this connection between my brothers and sisters who understand the people , it is very sad that the stress on all people can make us do things we will regret . The stand thease men and women take to protect all involved and even those who get out of hand are very respectful . Even those charges can be hard on all families so treating them as calmly as possible and allowing them to sleep it off . THIS IS A VERY RESPECTFUL ENCOUNTER DOING THE BEST THEY CAN ...LOVE AND LIGHT , TO ALL AND HEALING ENERGY .... GREAT JOB TO ALL INVOLVED ! SOURCE DEVINE ENERGY ,,, WE ARE ALL DEVINE SOURCE ENERGY BEINGS ...
Navajo cops are good men and women in service uniforms. Their equipments aren't all that well equipped but their behaviors change everything. Attitude matters a big different. They stay calm in the face of danger. Good Good indeed.
ERIKA DOWDY Agreed; considering the range they have to patrol, I imagine each of their squad cars and SUVs are extremely well stocked witg equipment and supplies equivalent law enforcement officers probably wouldn't have.
yes when you see the cops in US city their gears look more like the one from a military guy going to war. I personally think that they are too aggressive sometime and are not looking to de escalade the situation.
Please draw near to God " Jesus Christ is Lord " the atmosphere changes when the Holy Spirit is present ( WORD ) God is Love- there is power inn his Blood.
I just discovered this series reading a book whose author produces some episodes.Being 1/4 of the yaqui tribe and from Oklahoma this is very interesting,at first I thought the series seem to exploit the Navajo people but it has educational value as well as beautiful scenery and learning cultural history of the Navajo..One important thing I have noticed is how these officers conducted them selves in a respectable and professional manner, other officers out here could learn something about that, but my thanks and respect goes to all cops that put there life on the line for us regular citizens..
Gods blessings on you all. Especially Perry, now I don’t know If Perry is still with us. I really felt your pain. Very brave of him. But a blessing counts on both sides of the valley, and I can still hope he’s still trucking along with us. xx
Officer Tiffany is wonderful. What. Sweet lady. I love this show and can't beleive the miles of territory that have to cover. Sending the Navajo cops love and prayers.
I am glad they are there to protect the heritage. It's so sad to see the tourists who disrespect the Native Land's. I remember when those officer's were killed. Very sad ☹️💔
I have much respect for the Navajo people because they are my people because I'm native American Indian I'm Mi_WUK Indian from Sacramento California I love my heritage ❤
I really like the Toddy brothers and officer Holgate. They seem to be very decent police officers taking their jobs seriously and treating people with care and empathy.
thank you for posting these really like it the only thing is none of their units have a push bar or shot gun or a r 15 or police lap top but the units are nice though
They barely got a CAD system but no MDTs. We just don’t have the infrastructure out on the reservation to implement those things here. Cost is also a big issue. Not all can afford to have rifles or shotguns. That’s why you don’t see it in their units.
I was born in Flagstaff, and have always loved the land out there. I'm white, but I've always been interested in the Native people and their culture. I'm in Florida now.
I don't know but I have read a lot about the native Indians about alcohol they can't handle it I feel or what I see in the Navajo please needs more officers That's really a shame they can't get no more to be able to be safe their self My hats off to all Navajo officers and God bless to everyone
I can’t find anywhere of bad conduct by officers. All police officers should do at least 1 yr on reservations. Controlling with out escalating, treating all As brothers
What jackasses would ruin thousand year old art? I live near the AT, beautiful overlook went from pristine to covered with graffiti in 45 years. Disgusting. Of course they only ruin places that are an easy walk!
Feel bad for the kid, just wanted to see his step brothers grave. Even if its taboo in their culture, its not worth going to jail over. If it were me while I was on patrol I would've taken him up there un cuffed to give his respects and love.
janet ruggles Some of the officers featured in this series are no longer with the department. 3 of them got terminated, 1 is now sitting in prison, and several others retired.
I think every tribe has adopted a few white people who live on the reservations. And they’re always the nicest people to work with. They become part of our reservations & treated the same. On our reservation, we even have a DJ for our radio station that has lived on the reservation for many , many years💜
Officers have it the same everywhere, apparently humans will be humans. One thing I noticed is the difference in the way these cops handle themselves versus our officers, much nicer.
I was wondering if these guys have the facilities for the Navajos that are killers or some of the more serious crimes that are perpetrated by their peoples OR if they get sent to a state facility or more secured facilities that the state had??? Or does the. Navajo Nation take care of thise too??
It sounds like Window Rock has a full Correctional Facility, but imagine if the crime is severe enough, the individual in question can be transferred over to federal custody.
For serious crimes, the Criminal Investigation Division of the Navajo Nation will assist the FBI in the investigation and arrest. Once the person is arrested, they are taken to the tribal jail then transported into Federal Custody the next day. (Depending on whether or not the tribe has an extradition hearing for the defendant.) Once in Federal Custody, they are then housed at a correctional facility that has a holding agreement with the Feds all throughout their trial. Window Rock Jail is NOT a full-size jail. It consists of 2 drunk tanks and 8 solitary cells and not much else. It’s less than 800 sq feet total. It’s been renovated so many times that it’s falling apart.
I don't know if they do but they need a couple drones That's what I feel they need and if I could have somebody contact me I would be willing to donate or donate the money or I would just talk talk to someone you got be careful and God bless
Boulevardwheels she is my auntie she is Hopi but her dad is navajo... she is beautiful and strong af... her family comes from cops her dad uncles and husband...

They have the same weapons any other cops have. If u ask me, they even have BETTER vehicles than most cops.

What I learned today: it’s super easy to get away with assault on a Navajo reservation
Kiely Cushman amongst other things.
Thank you for sharing !!!
The humor in Native America is in their DNA!
I really like the Toddy brothers and officer Holgate. They seem to be very decent police officers taking their jobs seriously and treating people with care and empathy.
Officer Tiffany
If I come there and do something
Will you arrest me

As brothers
Killed his brother with a knife
And he's already out
Mom has trouble with InLaws
move
the reservation is big
in the first clip you see another cop truck right behind that one, why'd they stuff all three in there? esp when 2 had been fighting a min ago
What jackasses would ruin thousand year old art? I live near the AT, beautiful overlook went from pristine to covered with graffiti in 45 years. Disgusting. Of course they only ruin places that are an easy walk!
How many officers short are they needing in Navajo
Feel bad for the kid, just wanted to see his step brothers grave. Even if its taboo in their culture, its not worth going to jail over. If it were me while I was on patrol I would've taken him up there un cuffed to give his respects and love.
These are at least four to five years old, would like an up date on the police officers.
janet ruggles Some of the officers featured in this series are no longer with the department. 3 of them got terminated, 1 is now sitting in prison, and several others retired.
I never heard so many men cry.😢
I live on a Rez. In North Dakota. Mha every Rez is the wild west.
Is anyone going to talk about the funny scene at the end where they are “ordering food”

Navjo police is great police force
you think the Navajo cops would has a air support
Nice english.
David Alexander what exactly are you trying to say?
Don’t be mean you know exactly what he means. If u really didn’t
Check ur IQ and real life skills it’s unbalanced.
That guy is a fool. He uses the Veteran card so that he can get away with assault.
i wish these could be watched in something other than 240p
Do I understand correctly, that crying step son trying to visit the grave is also the suspected killer?
Two officers of 4100 I can't believe what he said but 2 hours at night that's that's bad real bad God bless
The cops here were pretty cool.
Im here for the skinwalkers
this is the third full show that I have It's not a bad show but it seems most of the charges are just disorderly.
The cops need vehicles that seat more
Like 3 rows of seats
And all units should have K9 partners
What if all the pictographs were considered graffiti when they were first put up and the kids who did it got in trouble?
Nice english
Oh really, where's my mistake in that question?
+Mr. Mizu lol sorry it was pretty late at night when I wrote that..
they are not graffiti they are hyrogliphs their really important graffiting them Is so bad
@@regeneratingblacksmith4209 grammar police

Why can't a Navajo PD arrest anybody breaking the law? Any sheriff in any county can arrest anyone . Makes no sense to me.
Officer Tiffany Tallman...
I enjoyed living among the Navajo, Yah Ta Hey...
Officers have it the same everywhere, apparently humans will be humans. One thing I noticed is the difference in the way these cops handle themselves versus our officers, much nicer.
Do the Navajo police need to follow United States law? Or how does their laws work?
Way better then the cops outside the Rez! Those cop shot navajo cop pull out tasers!
I was wondering if these guys have the facilities for the Navajos that are killers or some of the more serious crimes that are perpetrated by their peoples OR if they get sent to a state facility or more secured facilities that the state had??? Or does the. Navajo Nation take care of thise too??
Ha ha, his cellphone gave him away! These guys even have monocle infared scopes, so yes, i would say they are well equiped for their duty
It sounds like Window Rock has a full Correctional Facility, but imagine if the crime is severe enough, the individual in question can be transferred over to federal custody.
By treaty, the FBI and other federal agencies take jurisdiction of any crimes involving murder or other high-level types of crimes on a reservation.

Once the person is arrested, they are taken to the tribal jail then transported into Federal Custody the next day. Some American Cops should take a few lessons from the Navajo Law Enforcement maybe they could learn something!
boy the Navajo cops don’t bother double locking cuffs
I don't know if they do but they need a couple drones That's what I feel they need and if I could have somebody contact me I would be willing to donate or donate the money or I would just talk talk to someone you got be careful and God bless
I love 💗 watching cops tv show K-9 unit catch suspects in bushes in attics in vents in someone’s house in someone’s car
so sad that some are so disrespectful to the Navajo people and their ancient lands.
wtf the show don't get the bad boy theme song.....
Yeah that doesn't make a whole lot of sense why would she let her children go up there That's kind of kind of crazy God bless
We call them "tweakers" in the Pacific Northwest too.
They all think, they are Clint Eastwood. Give them a gun and a badge.
