Hello doctor thanks for your wonderful video. I have clinic depression. I have been taking escitalopram for three years. Currently on 20mg/day in the morning. And clonazepam 0.5 mg as per need basis. Still I feel tired, it's hard for me to go to sleep even with the clonazepam. I eat red meat, eggs, chickens as well. After watching your video, I have a question for you is it safe for me to take Vitamin B12 10ug every night before I go to sleep? Will that help me? Please answer. I am from the United Kingdom.
It is always best to check first. If you take B12 when you don't need it, or take too much you can have some side effects, like anxiety and restlessness, headaches, nausea or GI upset, etc.
The human body is such a delicate and gentle yet powerfully effective organism.
Thank you so much. Happy holidays to you 🎄❣️💚
Thank you for always being supportive! Merry Christmas to you too!
@@LevelheadedMind you're more than welcome and thank you as well!

Do I have to test? I mean I have mental health problems because I have autism so trying a b12 cannot hurt I think.
