Glad to hear you enjoyed Spin Rhythm XD! If anyone else is considering it I would definitely recommend playing using either of the Deck's trackpads (feels even more responsive)
@@Marathon5151it absolutely does. Apparently mouse works great too though I’ve not tried it. But thumbsticks are definitely not the best way to play imo.
Most definitely and thanks again for the heads-up! Oh man I didn't even think to try that but I will definitely give it a shot next time I fire it up :p
Thanks so much for hanging out this long on the channel! I'm really glad you like the pickups and it means a ton to me to hear the hard work is appreciated :) Take care, and thanks again, dude!
Cygni is great, I don't really get into shmups myself but it looked amazing so thought I would give it a shot (Epic gamestore gave it away free in early August, can't beat that!). I keep hearing/seeing that Mummy is a great metroidvania but it just didn't look that appealing to me, although I do like pixel graphics. However, based on the gameplay that you posted and your mini review, I think I will check it out. Thanks for the video!
Oh same here- Like the OCCASIONAL shmup is fun to mess around with and I know I've played some great ones, but Cygni feels like a different beast entirely! I think that's fair for the Mummy- It's hardly FLAWLESS but if you're a die-hard metroidvania fan it's probably worth a look, particularly on sale. You're most welcome and take care, Jeff!
Best Gaming related TH-cam channel, great Pickups, I wish they were selling the Steam Deck here in my Country. I really miss my Switch but I will get the new Nintendo console if and only if it has Backwards compability with the Switch. I'm re-recording Sniper Elite 4 on PS4 because the last time I played the Game I deleted the Folder by mistake but this time I'm trying to kill all the enemies with testicle shots with 100% Stealth (well, sometimes my cover gets blown because my eyes start burning so I have to Save/Load every 5 minutes and try again), Today I finished Editing the Dockyard Mission and this weekend I'm going to record the Monastery Mission (hopefully). P.S: I'm loving the t-shirt. :)
You flatter me, sir! But glad you dig it and here's hoping it comes to your country sooner or later! Ah that sucks when you accidentally delete a file and Lord knows I've been there! LOOOOL that is a hilariously ambitious goal and I wish you the best, Miguel XD
@@YourPlayer2 Thanks Josh, I wish you the same. :) Yesterday I finished Editing the Abrunza Monastery, it took me 02h20m to complete the Mission and the Gameplay has around 02h28m, I'm having a lot of fun with the Game, hopefully I can finish it soon. Wishing you a great day. :)
I actually forgot about The Mummy Demastered. It looked great at the time but I some how missed it, may have to grab a copy later for October. The only games I've picked up so far this month are Frostpunk, cause it was on for dirt cheap, and Yomawari: Night Alone, which was also dirt cheap but its also a super interesting horror game. Right now I am waiting for The Forever Winter to hit early access cause god I need that kind of game in my life right now lol
It's a looker for sure and a solid pick for October! I've not yet played either Frostpunk but seeing how pretty the sequel was makes me wanna explore it at some point. Yomawari I thin I remember seeing in Best Buy for PS4 but never got around to myself so I'll add it to the wish list. Looking forward to Forever Winter as well!
It is indeed! LoL well, maybe someday I could do Switch stuff again but as it stands I think people mostly expect Steam coverage. ALTHOUGH I do like the idea of doing Switch games I play on PC now!
Love the videos and love the timestamps, but I would love if you could link the games--either in time stamp or in the comments. Took me a LONG time to figure out the game wasn't called "Precision Rhythm Action"
If you're looking for a fun, somewhat mature/immature, Metroidvania this month, I picked up Cookie Cutter and it's a ton of fun. Good humor, great mechanics, and the visuals are awesome on OLED (even has some depth on Viture Pro XR's). Looking forward to the October picks!!
Oh yes! I played that a few months back and (I think) featured it in a pickups video but the visuals were just GORGEOUS for that game! Can't wait to try it on OLED someday myself but for now I'll have to fire it up on the Viture Pros like you suggested :)
Glad to hear you enjoyed Spin Rhythm XD!

Only way I play the game, feels more natural.

I think I've been subscribed for around a year. Just wanted to say I enjoy your pickups, looking forward to more videos 👍

Is that a switch game collection that I see on the shelf? If so you should definatley do a video on your favourites etc

LoL sorry about that! Links and titles for the games are in the description :)
Why we don't have any 3d-puzzle game anymore! something like portal or talos-principle! Please let me know if you like 3d-puzzle game like me!
LoL ironically I was *this* close to grabbing Manifold Garden the other day and passed! I'll see if I can't snatch it up again sometime though :)
