As always, interesting and unique recommendations. Hollowbody has been sitting in my wishlist for quite a while, perhaps October is the most appropriate time to pick it up. Thanks P2 =)
Thanks for watching dude! Mika's pretty adorable so far and while it's not the MOST polished cozy game I've seen, I'm enjoying the writing and just cruising around on my broom :) Hope your October's off to a good start!
Thanks for the recommendations, I actually picked up the castlevania classics (even though my gba still works), and they are great, the seals are easy to draw, and nostalgia effects go through the roof!
You're most welcome! Hehehe I like having the OG hardware and carts as well. And while I COULD just emulate these, it is nice just having them instantly accessible in a stable way with state saves and rewind for trickier fights. Glad you're digging it :)
Very cool! That's been on my 'need to play' list for SO long that it's probably just going to end up on some list video in the future like '5 games I keep meaning to get around to' XD
"Baby's first Death Stranding" - LOL! I've just spent a bunch of hours recently revisiting Halls of Torment now it's hit 1.0. They added hundreds of achievements (500 in all!) and really have polished it in to a final release, and for me it's now up there with the absolute best of the survivors genre, and possibly my favourite overall. If achievements are your thing, this game is like crack!
LoL I mean that's how it felt! :p Ah I haven't played that one in a minute but definitely a fun one and that's a CRAZY amount of achievements if you enjoy hunting for them!
The game I've been playing lately is the brew barons (can't remember if it was you that recommended it). Really enjoying that one, just flying around collecting ingredients to make beer
Besides finally picking up and playing Spider Man Remastered, I didn't pick up much so far. I did pick up The Forever Winter, but the current build is so buggy I refunded it for the time being which was a big blow to me. Was super looking forward to it and for now I'll probably wait until its in a better place. That said, I have a TON of horror games saved up for this month, mainly for streaming them but also just for me as a treat. Hope you enjoyed Lost In Vivo! Its a super fun game which a ton of interesting ideas.
Gah, sorry to hear that about Forever Winter. I was ABOUT to get it but passed and figured I'd get to it eventually. Hopefully they can get it up to snuff sooner rather than later so you can enjoy! Oooooh, glad to hear you ALSO are diving into some horror. After I wrap up channel work tonight I'm going to get back to Alan Wake 2 to try and stave off my excitement for midnight TOMORROW so I can play SH2!! Still working through it and hope to play more this month :D
@@YourPlayer2 Hell ya! Hopefully the Silent Hill 2 Remake is good cause I am still partly scared of how that game will turn out. Horror games is my bread and butter, so with a lot of new horror games popping up this month and older ones going on sale I'll probably be eating well this month!
Mika looks super chill. Having recently gotten back into Stardew (for the billionth time) i've kinda been bitten by the cozy game bug lol. Will definitely have to pick that up soon. It's a shame about Lollipop Chainsaw's Steam Deck shortcomings, might be one of those games I'll wait for a half off sale or something (or pick it up on Series X?) but for now Silent Hill awaits...in like five days but shh
It IS pretty chill! I should probably start putting together a 'cozy games for fall' video anyways in anticipation of November but we'll see what happens. Ya know I still need to finish Stardew but every now and then I'll fire it up if for no other reason than just to vibe with that soundtrack a bit :D Yeah, it's a little rough but hopefully they'll patch it soon! LoL I will be VERY curious to hear your thoughts on it! I was there for the original and it just left me gobsmacked back then so I'm positively RABID to see what these locations look like in modern graphics. Enjoy your time in the fog, garga!
@@YourPlayer2 The soundtrack is great although the soundtrack is my only real issue with Stardew. Not because it’s bad but because playing for who knows how many hours across Switch, PS Vita, PS4 and now Steam I’ve heard it so much that I’ve grown to dislike it 😔 Be curious to hear your thoughts too! as someone who was there on the ground floor I imagine there’ll be a level of appreciation that I may miss since the original released before my first birthday lol. Usually I don’t let reviews impact my own opinions the initial reviews of Silent Hill 2’s remake are kiiiinda making me excited
@@gargablargblarg Aw, that's tragic! Maybe you could find some remixed versions or something? Oh man, I can't even TELL you how much it means to me to see it this way. But if you've never played before I am SO jealous because you'll get to check it out with completely fresh eyes! And same here- I understood people's skepticism about Bloober handling it, but I also figured Konami was likely to keep a close eye on their progress since it's pretty much the crown jewel of the series. So naturally SUPER glad (and relieved) to see it's doing well with critics :)
Oh nice! I was going to grab the new zelda yesterday when I swung into GameStop but they were out. Probably for the best since I'm about to be knee deep in the fog of Silent HIll 2 in a little over 24 hours!

DEFINITELY a good choice for Halloween! Appreciate the kindness, as always, and hope you've been well, Evil! :D
Thanks for another great upload! 🙂 I'm going to pick up Mika. It looks fun, and I'm all for a cozy game after work or before bed.

Steamworld heist 2! Absolutely loving it. Not spooky but very funny and runs great on the deck

I can tell you now it is STELLAR and if you were a fan of the original it's everything you could want and then some!

Just got the castlevania one but for the switch. Havent touched it yet, been busy with the new zelda game

I’ve been buyin more game than I’ve been playing
Bwahaha I can certainly relate and Steam is GREAT at making you buy WAY more than you could ever conceivably play XD
@@YourPlayer2 steam sales are always better than console; sometimes enough to double dip
@@andyackerman7123 Agreed! This is why I end up with so many redundant copies of the resident evil games 😂
