Hello folks. This is my favorite soup for fall and our fresh Swiss chard from the garden is simply amazing in it. Leave a comment below if you are using fresh greens from your garden in your meals. Thanks so much for watching. Leave your thoughts below as you know I love to read and answer them. - Joey
A tip for anyone interested. The stem of chard can be cut up and sauted with the onion and celery mixture for added flavor and fiber or saved to make veggie broth.
I have absolutely missed the piano music!!! That music reminds me of the old Charlie Brown specials, which makes me smile every single time. The soup looks wonderful!
❄️I’m staying warm through this winter with many different homemade soups. This is a great looking soup you made! I have been really into soups lately and I’m always looking for different recipes and cooking tips. I’m happy to find your channel. I also make cooking videos. I love to learn from other talented creators like you! Hopefully we can learn from each other!
Had a storm last night that knocked over my lettuce grow and a bunch of my Swiss chard was broken off and this recipe is how I will use it up. Thank you so much!
Tamara, thats why I made it originally too, we had a ton of Swiss chard growing for months. This was perfect for using it up every few weeks. I love being able to take veggies right form the garden and wash them and put them in meals. So satisfying, right? Thanks so much for watching and commenting.
I made this btw a week ago and I’m making it again this tomorrow. Loooove it. This is my first time eating white beans believe it or not! And my first time making a soup with beans and pasta in it. That was the winning combo! 😁 I did add a cashew cream just to make it a little richer and I just like a creamy soup. 🎉
I don't remember how many times I made your panera bread soup, so good I take it with me to work, always have some in the freezer:) I will be making your white beans soup too look delicious, thank you so so much.
The white bean & kale or Swiss chard soup looks yummy 😋. Have a good week and enjoyed the video. Joey make sure take care of yourself because it seems to be that you're busy taking care of others (which is a good thing to do but there's got to be a balance or it will be harder to take care of others). Love 🥰 the video and love 💕Joey & Tim.
This soup looks delicious! Definately going to make this. If it's half as tasty as your 10 veggie, Panera style soup (which, btw, I've made twice in the past 3 weeks) it will be wonderful!
Looks, sounds and nearly smells like something worth getting out of bed for, this morning.🤭 The only thing to gild it would be a few fresh (or some canned) tomatoes. Love being able to fix something I can eat on all day long, morning to night. When weather isn't scorching, just leave it out & scoop out a serving when the desire hits. If food is well put together, it doesn't need heat to be enjoyed...IMO! Thing of note, sometimes 'creamed' soup is perfect, but one doesn't need to add cream etc. I've added pureed beans & have that happy meeting spot of creaminess & broth. Believe cooler temperatures leads to healthier eating. Enjoy your break!
has anyone used collard, spinach, mustard or turnip greens? I have these on hand and no chard. Was wondering did it change the taste much? Also has anyone canned or frozen this soup? I want to have it on hand for lunches to take to work.

I'll be making this tonight but I'll add a can of fire roasted tomatoes. Thanks for a great idea!
You are a busy man! I appreciate you!

It is growing like crazy in our raised garden beds and I will be making this soup this week too. It's an amazing soup. You will love it.
True soup weather! Dawn @ Rich & Dawn in MN :)
Made this tonight with some swiss chard from my garden. Yummy! Thanks for the recipe! 😊

Looks delicious and healthy. I make this soup often. Also really like watching your video done in such a bright kitchen.
I love this soup too. Its simple, light and still hits the spot. Thanks so much for watching.
Tell Tim that nightfall here in MN brings high 20's....ha ha! Dawn @ Rich & Dawn in MN :)
Definitely going to try this one 👍
I'm in eastern PA and our high temp today is 56 degrees, this is going going on the menu for lunch! 😊
Showing joey some love cause you deserve it. Thanks for all these delicious recipes. It is cold out here in NYC. This looks delicious.

Looks yummy! FYI: love IP recipes. Who doesn’t love easy, nutritious & delicious!
Looks delicious! I would even add a diced potato. I’m in Tucson, so happy to have made it through another summer!
Thank you for all the great recipes, I need to make some of them very soon. I too like broth based soups. So delicious!!!
Looks delicious! Now I want soup 😋🤤
OMG! I just made this soup and it is so freaking delicious 😋

I like it without music. I find it distracting.
Can you substitute spinach?
Yes. That is what I would normally put into this soup but I had the chard from the garden so I wanted to use it. Thanks so much for watching.
I like just listening to the TH-cam presenter without any music. I am a meat eater but would like to make more good tasting plant based meals.

I don’t see the recipe or a link to it.
Oops, I see the link
No prob. I was about to paste it into the the comments.
Love your videos but prefer it without the music. I will watch it either way.
Don’t overwork yourself! We need you to keep giving us great cooking ideas, she says from a very selfish perspective. 😁
First to like! Yea!
Number one, baby!!!
You are a real estate agent and a teacher??
I worked from home as a Real Estate agent for 14 years so I could be home with Lexx. Now I am a full time teacher but I still have my RE License.
@@PlantBasedDads that’s impressive…. !
What’s up with the framerate in your videos lately? It looks quite choppy. Your older videos all seem to be fine.
