HELP PLEASE !!! Im having problems charging my dji radio mic which came with the creator combo kit. Charging it from an Anker wall power charger the mic flashes rapid green but doeas not show the 2 - 3 - 4 cycle flashes and does not show solid green when fully charged so I dont know when it is full. If I invert the usb c cable 180 degrees it flashes rapid red. Can you explain what I am doing wrong? many thanks Jon
I can relate to how careful you handle your Osmo Pocket. Same as me. It's expensive! I use mine for nature videos - forests, rivers and stuff for my channel.
I think not. I have read in DJI forum that even an 18W charger is too powerful. I would go for a 10W (5V/2A) wall charger, for safety reasons and battery longevity.
DJI doesn’t recommend using while charging because it could overheat. Essentially you do so at your own risk. I have used my Pocket 2 while charging the Pocket 2 from an external power bank without any obvious issue, but can’t guarantee your experience will be the same (nor that it won't cause any issues to the Pocket 2 over the long-term).
I have the same problem. DJI wants me to send it to their official repair in Europe in the Netherlands and as I live in England and don’t know/they don’t tell me the cost of repair and shipping, I’ve got a DEAD OP!!!. Incidentally their USBc cable don’t work, the machine only blinks with any other USBc cable and only once (25% charge) but still wont start up even after charging overnight. I cannot find reason for all this despite checking on the internet. Bad batch perhaps, should be withdrawn and replaced!!!
Activation Problems: I'm trying to activate my brand new "dji pocket 2 Creator Combo" with the Mimo app, connected to my mobile phone via the smart phone adaptor. But the dji pocket 2 keeps turning off when I try to activate it. Now dji pocket 2 shows a message that I have 3 more attempts for the activation. In various posts, I've read that dji pocket 2 gets locked out permanently after 5 failed attempts and becomes of NO use. I spent £469 for it and didn't see this coming. How can I solve this activation problem?
I have that exact same power brick! I was looking at the smatree handle mount thing, but it's like 70 bucks and is only 5000mah where as that power brick was like 40 bucks (i bought it forever ago so i don't remember exactly) and it's 4x the juice.

There is no problem using while plugged in to power bank.I do long live streams and it is the only way to get enough battery life. Make sure you run the internal battery down to around 90 percent before plugging in otherwise the power bank will turn off when the pocket 2 is fully charged and won't turn back on. When you plug in at 90 percent,it seems to use the power bank first before the internal battery. In my case anyway. As long as you see the lightning icon in the battery level then you are charging and all good.
I record a lot with it, time lapses too, and can go a while when its plugged in. Sure it gets hot, but when compared to its normal operating temp, its no different. I use a holder for the DJI and a cell phone, and instead of putting the cell phone in the holder, I put the power pack.
THANKS ..... you for covered the mic set-up and basic charging.!! Saved me a ton of time!!
You’re welcome 😊

Yeah, if the gimbal breaks, it is useless, so I am pretty careful with it. I’ll have to check out your channel, sounds relaxing 😊
@@EasyPhotoVideo How would you tell if the gimbal breaks?
How long to charge from 0 to 100%?
About 75 minutes
question about the do it all handle. is it also a power bank?
No
hi can i charge it with the samsung charger at 25w?

Simple yet great 👍
Thanks 😊
So you can use the Pocket 2 while it's charging as well? Almost like using it as an external power source...
It says you are not supposed to but yes you can..it may cause extra stress on the battery is what I am thinking

Can you tell from the led when it is fully charged?
Yes, when it's charging, the LED will blink. When it's done I think the LED turns off.
Hi, how do i check the battery percentage of the pocket 2?
My DJI flashes green indicating that it's charging but it's not actually turning on, Is there any fix to this?
Sorry, I haven’t come across that issue, so I don’t know.
just becarefull,my handheld burn when I charge, and need to bought again,so after that I removed handheld when i charge

Thank you for the video.
can you use it while charging?

Quick question: Can that cable use for activation on first use?
I don’t think so

Can you share, which power bank are you using? Regards from Spain :)
It's this one: www.ravpower.com/products/rp-pb058-usb-c-power-bank
@@EasyPhotoVideo thank you so much. I like your tutorials

Is it safe to use it while charging? According to DJI we shouldn't do it...

According to DJI forum, you can use it with a power bank but do not use it with a wall charger.
Yes simple good

Can I record it without SD card?
No, you need an sd card to record
