Bought this thing within the first few hours of hearing about it. Far more pros than cons with this little bundle of High Resolution. Already a game-changer in my line of work. And these accessories just made it even better, thank you.
I have to say that over the time I have been looking at reviews for camera accessories, you have been the most informative. Thank you for taking the time to look at what is available & showing what is the better choices.
Great video, again. I also prefer a Gorilla Pod with any of my action cameras. This allows you to mount a camera anywhere, even wrapped around a tree limb. You can also put almost any ball head on a Gorilla Pod that you like.

how can I use pocket2 in bit of rain or Stormy weather. Sometimes you may want to use near beach area where possiblity of getting some water droplets or sand particles.Waterproof case is one option but it's big and not so interesting.
Great Video : I just bought the pocket 2 Creator combo. However I simply can NOT get the dead cat to stay on the mic. Someone said it's magnetic . Mine will NOT stay on at all. ( and yes I tried rotating it ) does not make any difference. Have you heard of this ?? Thanks
Can you use the wide angle lens with the ND filters at the same time? I like the look of the wide angle lens but I don't want to give up the ND filters for it.
@@TheHybridShooter I'm watching @3:45 mark. You said we won't be able to tell the difference of having a filter or not? I'm not a pro video creator. Do I understand you mean that the filter don't adversly affect the output? But you still think they should be used? Thanks!

It probably is my third time watching your video, and I always get something new out of it... ideas, updates, easier decisions. It means a lot about the quality of the content you produce. I have tried to figure whether the Pocket 2 can output decent "portraits" or, at least, standard focal length images. Wide and super-wide angles are great, but when filming someone or trying to give a non-distorted image of a given scene I find those wide lens sometimes way too distracting. Do you know any telephoto converting lens for the DJI Pocket 2 ? And what is your opinion about the internal digital "zoom" function ?
@@TheHybridShooter I've seen it too (and commented as well). But, as an "old" photographer (former free-lance pro, about to give it another go) I tend to favor optical focal changes rather than digital ones. Even though, no doubt about it, the DJI internal "zoom" works great... yet I doubt it does as well above 1600 ISO, that's why. So... still trying to find a telephoto magnetic lens converter. It would turn the Pocket 2 into a great B camera for interviews, with the benefit of active tracking... perfect when filming solo with an A camera. The subject can move, I follow with my handheld A camera while my robotic DJI colleague does the same on its own side. But, as of now, no... no such telephoto lens converter to be found for the "tiny wonder". Well, at least you now know my "secret sauce" for dynamic interviews ! 🤫
Hi. Did you notice that the tripod attachment on the bottom is sooo difficult to take-off? I'm considering not using it at all, I'm scared i'm going to break the camera!
@@TheHybridShooter I'm learning how to take it off more effectively. Leaving the micro tripod on and more importantly, twisting the cap down instead of pulling in a straight line really helps! All in all this is a fantastic camera. Thanks for the videos on it :)
I have little confusion that If I buy Pocket-2 without a combo then It will come 20mm wide-angle lens or not? What is the focal length of a fixed lens( If I do not buy a combo pack)?
Thanks for this! If I wont to do a vlog with it that would also include other people, which means I need to attach some kind of a small shotfun mic like the new Senhusser. Do you think mounting such a mic on the scotty case is realistic?
It seems like a very good "do it all" camera. I wonder how is the image quality compared to 1" sensor compact camera. The Sony ZV1 have slow motion, wide angle lens add-on, perfect autofocus, etc. The Canon G9XII is dirt cheap and ultra compact. Even the Insta360 OneR have a 1" module with good image quality. Maybe the only thing that the Osmo Pocket 2 have over the others is the gimbal stabilization and maybe the price quality ratio.
I will make a video about that once the weather allows me to do so. I have tested all of those cameras (G7X III instead of G9X III) and the Pocket 2 is my most favorite, although ZV-1 and One R 1" are very good as well. It has more than one advantage over the others.
