As for the front stand..... I ride 2020 Z900, same problem with different forks length. I modified my stand (cutting 1cm and refitting part that goes into fork leg) and works perfectly.

The gsxr master cylinder mod also is pretty helpful.

      Agreed, that's another one I haven't done.

      Could you expand on that?

@@specops1903 certain year gsxr master cylinders are a direct swap. You’ll just need to figure out a new master reservoir mount (east to do).
It provides a larger volume cylinder with larger bore, so it’ll push more fluid per length of pull on the lever.

Thanks. I have same bike and need more manuals.

The guide marks don't always mean your back wheel is in true, i use a digital caliper to measure the gaps at the back, as in the UK if the wheels out you fail the MOT for the bike, but you will notice its not true when you ride it

As for the fronts, i used EBC wavy disc, which work well, but i hate riding in the rain with them, two finger breaking at 50 -60mph can lock the front, gets scary

Hi thank you for the tutorial. I was wondering where did you buy the system. I have the same bike and would love to upgrade the system. One more thing, how did you like the new set up and what were some of the differences that you noticed? Thank you again.

I bought the rotors and pads on eBay, but the vender is no longer available. I found an identical kit for you from another vendor, and I put the link in the video description. They seem to function about the same, I haven't noticed any significant difference in braking power, no squealing or vibration or anything negative like that either. But aesthetically they look much better on the bike, the sawblade look makes it pop! ;)

@@lonelyryder7441 I agree I am looking something like this. You're right they make the bike pop it looks awesome.

Where did you buy it? Is this kit a good breaking kit?

I got it on eBay, I put a link to an identical kit in the description. So far, they have been working fine for me!

Unfortunately, I no longer have this bike so any help I could offer would have to be from memory. What's wrong?

      Find it.
For those who want to change the rear crown,be careful when you remove it. There's a small piece witch looks like a wheel spacer but it's not. It belongs to the inner part of the crown support.

  • @unklepervert

if im not changing the rotors do i need to take off the rear wheel?

    • @lonelyryder7441
      @lonelyryder7441  2 ปีที่แล้ว

No, you can remove the caliper without removing the wheel, but you might have to remove the muffler on that side to give yourself some working space. You'll just have to get in there and find out.
