DocuWare Workflow with dynamic forms, watermark and auto generated QR code

This demo shows some functions for an special use case:
Customer:
Company or government entity with suppliers that need to process requests or authorizations quickly and flexibly.
Requirement:
The form is required to be dynamic, that is, it should be based on previously recorded data. The letter is required to be automatically generated as if it had been edited in Office “look like”. The letter is required to have a “Draft Version” watermark in the review process. The final version is required to have a QR stamp prior to sending the electronic signature
Solution:
Form creation with dynamic capacity from database. Import to DocuWare for approval flows. Generation of letters in a DYNAMIC manner without user participation. Letter with watermark for approval. Letter with QR code and subsequent digital signature.
Special functionalities:
Be able to generate a QR code which combines multiple index values while generating a PDFletter with data from web form. Embed all the index values into a single QR if the form needs to be printed and re-scanned.
Special Form with database access, can use merge fusion and templates.

Hola Enrique. Muy interesante tu demo. Una pregunta, ¿desarrollaste una api que genera automáticamente estos documentos con la metadata ingresada del formulario?. Me interesa un poco este flujo

Estimado Diego... Si, es parte de nuestro producto DWPortal y se entrega como servicio. Normalmente la adecuacion la ponemos como servicios.
