Very interesting how do you plan on balancing it on one propeller I recommend a video Tom Stanton based on a student theses he balance it like a helicopter with a hinged blades on an angle based on an algorism to speed up/ brake the motor in each single 360 rotation

I’m using swashplate similar to other single blade helicopter, that one you suggested not suitable for heavy helicopter
