It also means he's giving nothing to the public about their thought process/prospective planning going forward, so a lack of transparency in the first few days of buisness - this isn't a good sign tbh.

PM Elect has a very good approach where he is focusing on Chemistry and Relationship before they go in nuts and bolts. TV reporters need to have patience and be positive as NZ needs a very good, committed and progressive Government. Unfortunately our reporters think they have all the answers and are still very negative. It would good to see them be positive and work towards solving our problems rather than they looking good as reporters.

NZ media for most of them are really not responsible and most of the time they like to stir shit. They are actually very bias, just my opinon, the only one who constantly tells them off is Winston Peters, - you should a sensible question, if not move on or just call it off. Interesting to see the many comments here from those who clearly voted for this guy, yet are uneducated in the things National announced they would do, such as ditch the healthy homes policy, hand back all power to the Landlord taking away the rights of tenants. Considering he owns 7 houses? Also benefit cuts and stopping school lunches, stopping free prescriptions, and the cheap public transport, and these are just a few things that will cripple the average NZer and the middle/lower incomes will suffer more so as housing becomes astronomically unaffordable ...sounds like everyone voted for the right guy *Insert Tui's Ad Here*

And if you do truly think they are, do you think it's cheap? Cos that's where you've lost me. And instead of going to work for money people can go to work for the benefits of heping and providing for eachother .(but humanity has gone to shxt)The reason we are so fked In inflation is because the people we buy our stuff from dont make any profit to feed themselves pay their debts etc etc. as New Zealands population ls small. When jacinda was giving out green cards and raising the benefit money and all that she probably didn’t think of the gdp consequences.Australia’s government is working collaboratively and now they’re considered a "wealthy country"i agree with luxon we need hep from other countries but allowing overseas people that can pull money out of their ass buy our land and properties is not a way to do it when those properties can be demolished, rebuilt into 3 houses(as most private properties are huge) or even a complex and let homeless kiwis in. Sometimes the homeless doesn’t want to be helped. Give a guy a couple bucks and he’s buying himself a can instead of food.
