I spoke with my sister recently and she told me about her male friend. She finds him absolutely charming and hilarious, she said he understands her in a way no one else does and that he's always kind and would make the perfect boyfriend. The only thing is, he isn't that attractive, she straight up told me he is perfect other than the fact that she isn't attracted to him. He's asked her out so many times and has always been rejected by her and keeps asking "why, what is, what can I change" but my sister, out of fear of not hurting his feelings lies. Not to be a little bit Blackpill but he doesn't have the greatest potential but mate doesn't care for his hygiene, fitness or career (granted neither does my sister but then again "women are born with value men build their value") and I think he could have a shot if he optimised those aspects. That discussion just showed me how truly depressing the state of affairs is in life nowadays, but you can take that unfairness and use it to fuel you to become better or you can wallow in your own self pity. BECOME ADONIS AT ALL COSTS, DELAY GRATIFICATION, BE THE GREATEST MAN YOU CAN BE

This is unfortunately not true. Some people can do everything right and still fail. Some people are just fucked from the beginning. And this number will be increasing as the years go by. I am not one of them though 😎 but I just think this is a comfortable lie to cope rather than a reality to motivate people to not be one of the “losers” in life.

@@Anonymous-oh1xs The truth will hurt, but most guys don't get out of the friendzone unfortunately. Once that barrier is set, it's nearly impossible to break it.
Being in the friendzone can be difficult, but it's important to remember that this is a natural part of life. We've all been there at some point my guy. Instead of focusing on what went wrong, try to focus on the positive aspects of your friendship and continue to be a supportive and understanding friend. If you think that's not sustainable, try hang aroudn with other people.
Remember that there are many other people out there and that you deserve someone who truly values and appreciates you. Keep an open mind and don't give up on the possibility of finding someone who is right for you.

I am at a local football team since 1 year the first 7-8 months were pretty bad, even tho sometimes I d play really good, but then something changed. At one training my coach actually gave me the chance to prove myself, and ofc I was motivated I was 100% sure I can do it(this came from training also). When I tell u I had probably one of the best team training session since I joined this club and even the guy that maked fun of me the most actualy congrutaled me, I was shocked, really like,I couldn t believe it.

haha I could say the same thing but from a female perspective. I'm an introvert, into books and crafty hobbies. The only guys who share my hobby already have got their own boyfriends. I like music, but very specific genres, so no night clubs for me. Especially since I enjoy having both kidneys intact and not being sold to an Italian brothel, and also not being groped by random dudes that I've just begun dancing with. I also thought about going to the gym, but I don't like that kind of "worky" workout (I do long distance walks in the season and some basic workout at home when it's too warm outside) and I know for a fact that people who go to work out are not into finding dates just f*cking working out there, duh. Online dating has only offered me only two extreme options - compelte f*ckboys who're too good to be true (and indeed they are, often just looking for ONSes) or complete let-themselves-go's who're looking for a queen that'll love them for their 'good heart'. Funnily, I once dated one of those... the good heart was buried under the layers of low self-esteem, a lack of ambition, rudeness and bitterness about 'them rich mother*uckers'. Like, I get it that there's plenty of cool guys that are my equivalents, but it feels like I'd have to go around people's houses and knock on every door to drag those introverts out of their places. tak czy siak pozdr ;)

Blackpillers complain about coping, but coping is ultimately what gets us from a bad mindset to a good one. I totally agree with Hamza's point about just believing that you are attractive and just working on yourself you will actually bring you more succes than not wanting to cope because "it's useless" (which ironically is a cope in itself to keep themselves in a bad mindset). Even if results were minimal, I would rather have a good cope making me somewhat happier than being a doomer in life.

It’s made me realise that for all these years I had a false sense of security because I was only confident because of my looks.

In a way our society is digressing back to the cave men days where only the leader and a few men could mate. Back then, Society must have solved those challenges later on by establishing marriage and family bonds that made relationships more complex than just alpha take all. But this is gradually dwindling as more traditional family units are less and less and divorces are so much more common. Female expectations are so high and many men just can't compete anymore. Some of us are hanging in there with self-improvement and seeing some results but it's still hard. Hang in there guys. Focus on living your best life.

Hey guys, just wanted to put this out there. If you're unsure on what clothes to wear then just go shopping and recognise what the mannequins are wearing. Designers are literally getting paid to dress them, and you and I can benefit from this because the designer's know the "latest fashion" clothes. Just go in the store and ask for whatever their wearing. This way you won't look outdated or too much.
Secondly a thing that most girl's care about is your smell, don't be like jeffery and have stink come out of your mouth or smell like you haven't had a shower in 2 weeks. Put some deodorant on and get a nice fragrance/cologne. I reccomend getting a fresh, out of the shower time fragrance or something sweet. Most girls love sweet fragrances as its similar to what they would wear believe it or not. I remember a celebrity he use to wear female fragrances just because it was sweet and famine.

thats absolutely true, 2 Years ago i was been out of shape, unatractive, had a bad posture etc, but i had good mental health and i was pretty confident because i didn't had psychotic issues and i was on no fap. When i was 18 i smoked to much strong weed with my friends and that destroyed my mental health completely. at one day back then i had a panick attack from the weed and got derealisation, i couldn't go outside anymore or do normal daily life activities. I dropped out of school and was at home for about 1 year, playing video games all day long, eating junk food, no social contact absolutely. I was even struggling to go to the super market to by myself some food, because i got those panik attacks. 1 Year ago i've started exercising, eating healthier, meditation, almost no porn, going out for long walks, get a bit more socialized, reading books and i also started boxing a few months ago. It all helped me a lot, but my derealisation is unfortunately still there and the panik attacks as well, but at least not that often anymore. That's so fucked up, it feels like ive tried everything to get ridd of it, but it just sticks with me. Naturally my confidence is still there, but when my derealisation gets worser at the day i cant handle it and i always act shy and insecure, even tho i'm not. If i wouldn't build such an powerfull willpower, because i turned the pain into energy i probably would've killed myself. To be honest, I once was a Jeffrey. Wanted a girl, she wanted someone else, I failed, and I just pretended it was okay. Happened 2 times.
Then I failed a year, and came into a new class, where I didn't really know anyone. So "new class, new people, new image" I thought, and built a different persona, but kind of as a 'mask' that I was wearing without really being it. So I became the stereotypical class clown, who's popular with everyone. A girl I liked, a 10/10, hottest girl in school, also seemed interested in me.
But since I was inexperienced, it dragged on for over a year, without me making a move and really getting anywhere. I somehow managed to ignore all the signs, like her literally messaging me first every single day, all her friends and even her sister knowing my name and everything I did, and instead I slowly returned to being a simp.
The catastrophy all culminated in her trying to make one last desperate move, and my drunk dumbass not realizing what "show me your house" means, although she literally went straight for my bed.
Nothing happened, and I didn't realize until the next day what a colossal retard I was.
And in my unending stupidity, I confessed to her, sealing the deal as not being a potential partner for her anymore.
    I hated myself so much.
For 2 years I clung to those memories, until one day I finally got over my failure, and swore never to let anything like that happen ever again.
That event was a failure worthy of history books, but in hindsight probably the best thing that could have happened to me. It changed my view on dating, and life as a whole, completely.
Now I knew that I was capable of even attracting girls like her. I didn't want a relationship with a woman less perfect than that image I had of her, so I stopped giving other girls attention.
I started debating and writing for fun, getting really good with words, read a lot, got other hobbies than playing video games, and bingewatched personal development videos.
I intentionally distanced myself from my old friend group, to perform that transformation in silence.
I came back as a completely different person. Where before I was this clown that went along with anything, overshared and never stopped talking absolute bs, I now set clear boundaries and consequences for overstepping them, kept personal matters to myself since only I could solve them anyway, and kept my mouth shut until it was the right time to speak, with well thought out opinions no one could even hope to put a dent into.
Suddenly girls started messaging me instead of me taking initiative, trying to keep the conversation going and getting in my pants. It feels good, because I failed so many times and worked so hard for it. I am not overly attractive, realistically maybe a 7, but it still works.
And with that I came to two realizations.
One: That other people only start valuing you if you set the price for yourself, and two, that the most important thing in society is your reputation.
"Power resides where men believe it resides. It's a trick, a shadow on the wall. And a very small man can cast a very large shadow"~ Lord Varys

Thanks for that, I only lost my virginity and went on a few dates last year and I keep beating myself up on the things I didn't do well. Need to build up my confidence and believe that I'll improve with practice.
