Man ive fallen victim to basically all of this. I was really close with a girl, then lost contact during covid. I did online and they did in person school the following year and missed her like crazy, thinking ive been forgotten, she then messages me halfway in the year through computer how ive been doing, we message a bit then i got ghosted for a few months more. Meet again in summer and she seems excited to see me again, we talked for a while and really thought things between us could start again. Where was all that energy with me? She would say in words she still cares for me, but he actions said otherwise. Dry texts, dry convos, and false hope when she agreed to start dating once we started high school (was 8th grade at the time). I finally stop dancing around the problem after getting advice from a friend. I adress how i feel, and if she really wants what i want with her, and its completly fine if she doesnt. She explains shes really not ready and shes sorry. Not looking for a boyfriend for a while. And to be honest, it wasnt even 100% that i wantef to date her anymore, i judt didnt want to start over with another girl yk? I just wanted my best friend back. I can not explain how bad i was doing. Mentally and physcically drained. I was depressed, had su*cidaI thoughtd, p*rn addiction, lonely, and just in such a bad place, just barely keeping my gpa above a 3.1... @@peytondow And one more thought to that. I had a boxing buddy who became a bouncer and his first night on the job he encountered a guy with a knife. After that he took fencing to give him a little edge with weapons. Fencing is a good supplement to boxing.
Summary: 1. Apply effort to girls that are in the clear (girls that see you as their top priority). 2. Do not have any emotional attachment to women. Otherwise, you won’t be able to apply (1.) effectively. I read the book Essentialism because of you Hamza, and it is EXTREMELY helpful in these situations. The only girl I have ever had a real crush on in the last 7 years I see 3 times a week. Around half a year ago, we got really well, we went on a date before the summer holidays and we texted every day. Yeah, conversations in general with a girl reveals a lot of tells whether she's interested in you. She never responds first and when she does respond to you she usually ties off that part of the conversation like she's not interested in exploring it any further. She doesn't really ask you anything about yourself or come up with her own topics. It ends up just being a back and forth of you asking a question, her answering and then you asking a different question and her answering that, rinse and repeat. It's emotionally draining talking to women because you generally have to carry the whole conversation.
These days, it seems in many/most cases to be a matter of if she’s not fanatically, annoyingly, almost creepily obsessed with you, she’s not into you. People - not just women - seem to be less & less capable of expressing (or processing) healthy emotions as time goes on.

Tbh we can't control everything, this isn't true in any realm. Of course success depends of your work and your habits that help you achieve the right skills and mindset. It depends of the field. I play guitar everyday and without noticing I'm getting better all the time. But when other people and money comes into the equation, it's not a one-sided progress anymore. I know around me my friend feels safe and comfortable which is fucking important as she should feel like I can protect her and provide. I don't know if it will work out and i am aware that I have feelings but I'm not blinded by them. So I'm doing my own thing and if it's going to happen it will happen.

I started self improvement in may 2022, i keep going to the gym but i went back to the bad habits, i spend alot of time on my phone, on fifa, i stopped meditating and reading. Im having trouble on getting back to those habits and i hope i can become discipline once more.

Man, I had a lot of new experiences with girls (Not talking about relationships, more like friendships or girls that I didnt knew before, talking with me about their problems) and I learn something important, your couple is a "compliment" to your life, not your life, dont simp or over apply attention or time, that you need on her.
Almost everything happened with me. It happened about three months ago. I had a crush on a girl, I never had the confidence to speak to her and by pure coincidence we got into a conversation and the incredible thing was, that she even gave me her number without me having to ask, we spoke briefly and after school she waited in front of my classroom to give me her number, I was obviously very confused but very happy. "Jackpot!" I figured I could get my crush's number without asking, you couldn't be luckier. At first she was really interested I think, she wished me luck for my exam at 6am (right after she got up). She asked me about hobbies, family, where I lived and about school. She also asked how I was doing almost every day. There was only one snag from the start: she never approached me of her own accord and never greeted me either, so she acted as if we were strangers but then always wanted to write with me. I then asked her to meet up, she declined for that week as she wanted to prepare for exams, which of course is a green flag as she has priorities. She was also quite fit, did a lot of sport and ate healthily, as far as I know she didn't party, dressed good and did well at school. When the holidays were over and the exam phase was over, I asked her again to meet up, she answered "I can have a look, I'll let you know". So after two weeks I asked again, she then replied: "I don't know if I want that, I'm not 100% sure.", okay, I thought to myself, I'm not getting my hopes up anymore, but a "no" it wasn't, she said. Then I thought everything was clear, then I'll just go to her in school during the breaks (she always sits with her friend under the stairs), there we talked, then we had a good chat, talked about video games ( She's a gamer more than I am, she's sort of had 350 hours of playtime in Overwatch 2), drawing (always sending us pictures of what we drew and giving feedback) and of course talking about the unfair grading of teachers , just like you do with students. There I personally asked her again if she would like to go to a café with me at the weekend, she became very calm and said in a low voice: "I don't know exactly." "okay, all right, don't force yourself, let me know if you want.". So for two days everything was as usual, we talked about said things and also had a good time. When she then told me two days later that she "doesn't want to meet YET at the moment" because I was too pushy for her and she had "no time for me" (very hurtful words) okay, that's it then, I thought to myself and wrote her my intentions, thanked her for the nice time and said that I wanted to break off contact. She then reacted by saying she didn't mean it, wanted to be friends with me and other nonsense stuff (really spammed me with it, very unusual for her), I was like okay, you can't have too many friends, If we're just friends, it can become a good friendship. She also always complained that I was always too formal with her, so very colloquial, and that I should stop. I'm not a simp though, so I never bought her anything and never complimented her, so I was very respectful. But from the moment we were officially just "friends" her expression changed completely, she started sending me gifs and stickers on WhatsApp, was more humorous and also used swear words. She also wanted to play Overwatch with me, which we did, but it got very uncomfortable in some places, because sometimes nothing was said for 10 minutes and there was an uncomfortable silence (it was also often like that at school) and she often said "ara ,ara" . It went like this for a month, we still talked and played games, but then I stopped contacting WhatsApp of my own accord, she in turn even wrote me more than before (from Monday to Friday at 5 p.m. there was almost always one Message from 7 p.m., where she played Video games , nothing came back and she never wrote to me on weekends) But she became more and more unfriendly, at school she pointed at me with the sole of her dirty foot and always said that she wanted to hit and kick me (jokingly, also normal among friends, but hearing that from someone you have feelings for , pretty weird), she also called me bro and talked about hot Genshin Impact characters in front of me. Her WhatsApp messages were also getting slower and slower, originally she always used emojis, then only :) - Emojis and eventually no more. We later got into an argument, which I admittedly started (was a little drunk), in which I told her I'd been considering breaking up with her for a long time and made fun of the fact that we were just friends and the effort was a waste of time. The next day at school I apologized to her but she said she can't just forget about something like this and only time can tell if it will last or not. When I then wanted to talk about common topics, she only answered with sentences that made it impossible to continue the conversation. She only looked at the floor or at her friend. During the day she wrote to me that nothing was going to happen and that she could not build a friendship on this situation. She wished me luck in my life journey and then deleted and blocked me on Instagram, Discord, Playstation and Blizzard (within 5 minutes, quite a childish reaction, for a person older and taller than me) Since then we haven't spoken a word, we still see each other every day at school, but she doesn't look at me anymore and even ignores me when I greet her or when we meet in the corridors, then she looks right through me, as if I were not there and as if we were complete strangers. But it's better that way, I think, because I shouldn't invest energy in people who don't do the same to me, and becoming friends with someone you have feelings for isn't healthy in the long run. But to be honest it has boosted my confidence now that I know there are women who are interested in me, because before that I was adamant that no one would ever be interested in me and I've even got a phone number of a very pretty girl without having to ask. But that's what motivated me to improve, since then I've stopped playing video games, stopped drinking alcohol, eat less sugar, go through with no fap, focus more on training and school and spend more time with my real friends.

Still, in the real world, I still had a chance. I did nothing. Later, she announces to her friends that she has a crush on someone, only describing what they look like. That description matched me. Unfortunately, with the actions and inactions I've done, I didn't get her. She started dating someone else that looks EXACTLY like I do. Although it hurt, I realized something. If a girl was into me, and I did nothing, Imagine all the possibilities if I did *something*

I actually have this kind of a girl as much as I know her from like kindergarden since we were so little the amount of kindness she shown me and saved me from a shitty situations that i've got myself into way before semen retention, she gave bunch of signs and she did the whole work for me and kept like sitting on me playing with me hugging me and she laughed at the jokes I tell and really kept a good eye contact with me like everything she did for me... Man ive fallen victim to basically all of this. I was really close with a girl, then lost contact during covid. I did online and they did in person school the following year and missed her like crazy, thinking ive been forgotten, she then messages me halfway in the year through computer how ive been doing, we message a bit then i got ghosted for a few months more. Meet again in summer and she seems excited to see me again, we talked for a while and really thought things between us could start again. I then get ghosted suprise *again* and this time i return to person school, she barely looks at me, i kid you not it took me to the last 2 months of school to finally cut ties with her. Where was all that energy with me? She would say in words she still cares for me, but he actions said otherwise. Dry texts, dry convos, and false hope when she agreed to start dating once we started high school (was 8th grade at the time). I finally stop dancing around the problem after getting advice from a friend. I adress how i feel, and if she really wants what i want with her, and its completly fine if she doesnt. She explains shes really not ready and shes sorry. Not looking for a boyfriend for a while. And to be honest, it wasnt even 100% that i wantef to date her anymore, i judt didnt want to start over with another girl yk? I just wanted my best friend back. I can not explain how bad i was doing. Mentally and physcically drained. I was depressed, had su*cidaI thoughtd, p*rn addiction, lonely, and just in such a bad place, just barely keeping my gpa above a 3.1... Theres much more but i cant even go there, theres so much. Nobody even at 13 should experience that. Am i upset with the way she treated me? Yea why wouldnt I. And one more thought to that. I had a boxing buddy who became a bouncer and his first night on the job he encountered a guy with a knife. After that he took fencing to give him a little edge with weapons. Fencing is a good supplement to boxing.
Summary: 1. Apply effort to girls that are in the clear (girls that see you as their top priority). 2. Do not have any emotional attachment to women. Otherwise, you won’t be able to apply (1.) effectively.
I read the book Essentialism because of you Hamza, and it is EXTREMELY helpful in these situations. If she gives you one or two of these signs, she’s not worth it. Highly recommended book by the way; it makes you more alert when it comes to choices and selection in general.

Yeah, conversations in general with a girl reveals a lot of tells whether she's interested in you. She never responds first and when she does respond to you she usually ties off that part of the conversation like she's not interested in exploring it any further. She doesn't really ask you anything about yourself or come up with her own topics. It ends up just being a back and forth of you asking a question, her answering and then you asking a different question and her answering that, rinse and repeat. It's emotionally draining talking to women because you generally have to carry the whole conversation.
These days, it seems in many/most cases to be a matter of if she’s not fanatically, annoyingly, almost creepily obsessed with you, she’s not into you. People - not just women - seem to be less & less capable of expressing (or processing) healthy emotions as time goes on.

My friend Gabriela, had feelings for me and we had fucking great potiential the signs and the vibes were so clear and so strong. But then her sociopathic ex came back into her life and manipulated her and guilt tripped her, making her ultimately doubt me. They got back together for a short while but now it's done and its dusted and the vibes between us were exactly what they were prior to his reappearance, if a girl likes you look out for subtle things for example we met for dinner at my work place and we were having an intellectual and emotional conversation and at one point she went to the bathroom and completely redone her hair, was trying to get me to notice her outfit and how she looked. Another thing is to look out for is small gestures. Showing that if you aren't present that she'll reach out to you and wanna see you! She will make time for you if she really cares about you. She'll also give you compliments and try to pick up on small things and make you feel strong. Now some girls are just naturally flirty and will flirt with anyone even friends. But ultimately you can tell by facial expressions and how she looks at you and how she feels around you. I know around me my friend feels safe and comfortable which is fucking important as she should feel like I can protect her and provide. I don't know if it will work out and i am aware that I have feelings but I'm not blinded by them. So I'm doing my own thing and if it's going to happen it will happen.

Once i was into a girl i really liked but i just used to text her not talk to her in person because i was to afraid then one of my friends told her i liked her and she directly rejected me. I literally declared my feelings to a girl I was dating/talking to since May 2022 (I knew her since March 2021) this Sunday 20th, and said she wasn´t into me.
Like it was the craziest shit I have ever witnessed. She touched me, she blushed when I looked at her, she pulled away her phone when we were together, she made strong eye contact, she asked me multiple times if I was going to do certain activities, how my life is going, how long my summer holidays were going to be, she aproached me a lot, etc......
LITERALLY ALL signals you could think of or watch in one of those stupid TH-cam videos were there; truth is, there were some bad ones, such as cancelling some dates, sometimes she replied late my texts (two days later maximum) and never asked me to go out to do something, only rescheduling dates.

Almost everything happened with me. It happened about three months ago. I had a crush on a girl, I never had the confidence to speak to her and by pure coincidence we got into a conversation and the incredible thing was, that she even gave me her number without me having to ask, we spoke briefly and after school she waited in front of my classroom to give me her number, I was obviously very confused but very happy. "Jackpot!" I figured I could get my crush's number without asking, you couldn't be luckier. At first she was really interested I think, she wished me luck for my exam at 6am (right after she got up). She asked me about hobbies, family, where I lived and about school. She also asked how I was doing almost every day. There was only one snag from the start: she never approached me of her own accord and never greeted me either, so she acted as if we were strangers but then always wanted to write with me. I then asked her to meet up, she declined for that week as she wanted to prepare for exams, which of course is a green flag as she has priorities. She was also quite fit, did a lot of sport and ate healthily, as far as I know she didn't party, dressed good and did well at school. When the holidays were over and the exam phase was over, I asked her again to meet up, she answered "I can have a look, I'll let you know". So after two weeks I asked again, she then replied: "I don't know if I want that, I'm not 100% sure.", okay, I thought to myself, I'm not getting my hopes up anymore, but a "no" it wasn't, she said. Then I thought everything was clear, then I'll just go to her in school during the breaks (she always sits with her friend under the stairs), there we talked, then we had a good chat, talked about video games ( She's a gamer more than I am, she's sort of had 350 hours of playtime in Overwatch 2), drawing (always sending us pictures of what we drew and giving feedback) and of course talking about the unfair grading of teachers , just like you do with students. There I personally asked her again if she would like to go to a café with me at the weekend, she became very calm and said in a low voice: "I don't know exactly." "okay, all right, don't force yourself, let me know if you want.". So for two days everything was as usual, we talked about said things and also had a good time. When she then told me two days later that she "doesn't want to meet YET at the moment" because I was too pushy for her and she had "no time for me" (very hurtful words) okay, that's it then, I thought to myself and wrote her my intentions, thanked her for the nice time and said that I wanted to break off contact. She then reacted by saying she didn't mean it, wanted to be friends with me and other nonsense stuff (really spammed me with it, very unusual for her), I was like okay, you can't have too many friends, If we're just friends, it can become a good friendship. She also always complained that I was always too formal with her, so very colloquial, and that I should stop. I'm not a simp though, so I never bought her anything and never complimented her, so I was very respectful. But from the moment we were officially just "friends" her expression changed completely, she started sending me gifs and stickers on WhatsApp, was more humorous and also used swear words. She also wanted to play Overwatch with me, which we did, but it got very uncomfortable in some places, because sometimes nothing was said for 10 minutes and there was an uncomfortable silence (it was also often like that at school) and she often said "ara ,ara" . It went like this for a month, we still talked and played games, but then I stopped contacting WhatsApp of my own accord, she in turn even wrote me more than before (from Monday to Friday at 5 p.m. there was almost always one Message from 7 p.m., where she played Video games , nothing came back and she never wrote to me on weekends) But she became more and more unfriendly, at school she pointed at me with the sole of her dirty foot and always said that she wanted to hit and kick me (jokingly, also normal among friends, but hearing that from someone you have feelings for , pretty weird), she also called me bro and talked about hot Genshin Impact characters in front of me. Her WhatsApp messages were also getting slower and slower, originally she always used emojis, then only :) - Emojis and eventually no more. We later got into an argument, which I admittedly started (was a little drunk), in which I told her I'd been considering breaking up with her for a long time and made fun of the fact that we were just friends and the effort was a waste of time. The next day at school I apologized to her but she said she can't just forget about something like this and only time can tell if it will last or not. When I then wanted to talk about common topics, she only answered with sentences that made it impossible to continue the conversation. She only looked at the floor or at her friend. During the day she wrote to me that nothing was going to happen and that she could not build a friendship on this situation. She wished me luck in my life journey and then deleted and blocked me on Instagram, Discord, Playstation and Blizzard (within 5 minutes, quite a childish reaction, for a person older and taller than me) Since then we haven't spoken a word, we still see each other every day at school, but she doesn't look at me anymore and even ignores me when I greet her or when we meet in the corridors, then she looks right through me, as if I were not there and as if we were complete strangers. But it's better that way, I think, because I shouldn't invest energy in people who don't do the same to me, and becoming friends with someone you have feelings for isn't healthy in the long run. But to be honest it has boosted my confidence now that I know there are women who are interested in me, because before that I was adamant that no one would ever be interested in me and I've even got a phone number of a very pretty girl without having to ask. But that's what motivated me to improve, since then I've stopped playing video games, stopped drinking alcohol, eat less sugar, go through with no fap, focus more on training and school and spend more time with my real friends.
I'm from Indonesia. I'm kinda new to Hamza, but what I really respect about him is how he's being real honest in telling his failure/rejection stories in the past, so a lot of us can also relate. I actually have this kind of a girl as much as I know her from like kindergarden since we were so little the amount of kindness she shown me and saved me from a shitty situations that i've got myself into way before semen retention, she gave bunch of signs and she did the whole work for me and kept like sitting on me playing with me hugging me and she laughed at the jokes I tell and really kept a good eye contact with me like everything she did for me... I missed it out and she even invited me to be with her on the prom (well at the end I got drunk and got back home where my family picked me up but nvm) and until this one day when one of my big brothers came with me for a walk outside at night and we were like going to my sister in law and I saw her with my friend and her brother which he is my best friend, sitting there and we came there to talk and we kept talking till like midnight and my brother told me on the way home "dude she likes you a lot! She literally admires you so much" and I was like "nah she is always like this" and he called me and idiot for that to this day it hunts me.

talking from the little experience I’ve had, a crush is fine, even if you don’t know her personally, it’s just a natural human occurrence when you see the same people everyday(like school for example), just make sure it doesn’t last too long or else it can turn into an unintentional obsession, and that’ll make the potential rejection hurt way worse than if you had talked to her early on, and only tell *her* , trust me, you do not want *other* people to tell her, especially if you don’t know her personally, that’s about it

Most important thing to remember, is that not all the signs have to line up. I know a girl that liked me because she would try to keep eye contact, but she was shy so at school she didn’t make an effort to go to me. But for the most part more than half of these reasons should check out.
