Thanks for the DIY tutorial, I’ve had to replace mine two times! 🙏🏼 I bought the first replacement through native instruments, which charged almost $80, and the part lasted a year. This last time I found a replacement on eBay for $15, plus $2 for a three-year parts warranty. Let’s see how long this one lasts!
Hey brother, first thanks for the video, secondly- would there be much difference in installation of the appropriate innofader? Again, thanks for your time
Beauuuuutiful. Could you show us how to repair the play/cue buttons, its very annoying having to press the play button from my laptop, you would save my life!
@@DJROCKCEEENTERTAINMENT Thanks for responding! The SX and the SX2 had easy access to the x-fader from the front of the unit ("replaceable crossfader"). Pioneer did away with front x-fader access for the SX3. When you say, 'middle faceplate'', do you mean removing all the knobs and faders, and opening from the front?
@@MrRichierichbx I hear you. I jus paid $100 plus bought the part , an dude said the SR2 is connected to motherboard which has to be de soldered , Was big pain but atleast he got it going
Absolutely do NOT attempt this with a DDJ-SR2. I broke my crossfader after taking out the screws & attempting to take the crossfader out. This ONLY works for the DDJ-SR, NOT the DDJ-SR2.

Hey, good video. Just wondering if u can fix if the small piece that holds the fader is broken?

Do you know if the process is the same for the DDJ-SX3? - from your neighbor in Raleigh
you have to take the middle faceplate to get access to the crossfader very easy to do

Do they make the innofader for these ddj’s? Well specially sr2
Please do a video on how to change the channel faders
Good video. Is this the same process for the SR2?
That’s what I was wondering. Is this an Sr. Or SR2?
Great video. Does anyone have a DDJ-SB? I can only find cross faders that look like they need to be soldered in for the original SB.
Yes Sb has to be solder. Also. So does the SR2
Hi There.. Can you show a video on how to change the cross fader on the DDJ Sr2... when I open the back it looks quite different to the Sr1
Neal Rain hey where you able to find any information on how to change the crossfader on your sr2?
You're absolutely right! I dug into one and the crossfader for the SR-2 is NOT plug and play. It requires soldering.
The Sr2 has to be soldered. The reg SR in the video is the regular DDJ SR. Not an SR2. The sr2. Has to be soldered
I broke the white paper thing 😩😞 help me
This video says DDj SR & SR2 but the SR2 is different in the inside. You should had made the title only for the SR1. No good bro.
Yeah. I broke the fuck out of mine trying to take it out like he said. Beyond pissed
That’s what thought. The SR2 fader is different
