Very helpful video. So if I solder on the new fader it will connect automatically? No reprogramming or anything like that. I assume this is the same for the FLX- 4?

My SB controller crossfader moves even when you have not touched it. and Right wheel stops when playing a song so please help that problem

Would I need to solder a replacement crossfader?
I just bought a SB3 used and they broke the metal part on the crossfader (still confused as to how they managed to do so)

8:40 do this kind of repair work for faders moving on their own? i have a faulty fader that often outputs wrong values (i can see it clearly using rekordbox, it's basically moving while it's supposed not to move)
