As a chronically ill person yes yes get one! Pregnancy pillows are fantastic. Obviously they don't fix everything, but anything that can increase yr comfort is worth it imo

I am also lactose intolerant. *NON DAIRY ICE CREAM secret*: If you have a blender.. Just find your favorite thick cream at your grocers. (Coffee creamers are WAY to thin!) Find your favorite NON-Dairy milk and find your favorite ice cream ingredients at your grocers. Put your Cream in the blender first then add your ice cream flavor ingredients then pour your NON-Dairy product up to (Though NOT TO it) one notch away from the max fill line on your blender jar. If you over fill with the liquid portion you will get leaks when you try to blend. (DO NOT over fill your NON-Dairy Product) Plop the lid on and make sure it is secure. Hold the lid on the jar while you blend so it does NOT go flying off. And then blend it to your desired consistency. Pour the contents into plastic containers with firmly closable lids. Pop them into your freezer for a few hours and check back and you will have your own home made dairy-free ice cream!

To add volume to your hair without using extra products , when you blow dry your hair try drying your hair upside down if that makes sense? So put your head down so all your hair is all down towards the floor then dry it . Idk if that makes sense 🤣🤷🏻♀️ but that works so well!
