Guys i promise i'm not a complete idiot, i know a spring onion isn’t a herb hahaha! The advert on amazon shows the scissors cutting spring onion so i thought i'd test it on what it's advertising. Plus it says in the description it can be used on herbs and vegetables: www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B088ZH346H/ref=ppx_od_dt_b_asin_title_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Turns out you can use the case to scrape the extra bits out which i completely didn't notice! so that explains that ☺
The strawberry one i cant comment on though.. i think i was just being an idiot haha

I bet you could use the potato"peeler" and just keep "peeling" 1 potato over and over to make sho string french fries. OR for vegetarians, make pasta "noodles" out of vegetables like zucchini.

I really appreciate you mentioning that things might be helpful for people like me with disabilities, thank you for doing that! Sophie is the kindest and most thoughtful creator. Thank you so much Sophie 💛
Please do more of these kitchen gadgets videos. My son will be moving out in the next 6 months so I'll need to find gadgets that help me open cans, jars, etc. & chopping various veggies because my rheumatoid arthritis in my hands won't let me do a lot of food prep by myself. for the ice molds we have a bunch of sphere trays very similar to that, one tip we find useful is to use clothes pins to clip the two parts of the tray together! Then when getting ready to use the ice, we twist the mold to break up any ice between the mold halves. Works great and the ice lasts so much longer than smaller standard ice cubes! Love the video!

Hey Sophie, a good tip I learner working in the hospitality industry, is that if you put lemon juice on your avo and wrap it, it'll stay fresher longer. Maybe try filling the bottom part of the avo holder with lemon juice and put the avo in, I'm sure that avo will be good as new the next morning 😁

  • @Linnie0430

Just a tip; you need to keep the pit in the avocado for it to keep fresh. And if you don’t mind the taste spray it with lemon or lime (the acid will keep it from turning brown)

Hi, when you cut the avocado in half, to keep it fresh, save the side with the pit (without removing it at all)

We have a company in the US called Pampered Chef. I remember growing up my mom had a gadget called an apple peeler corer slicer. Very similar to that potato peeling machine.

The best way to store avocados without them browning for long is to submerge them in water like in a mug :))
