    Thank you for mentioning the weigh of your springs! So many don't do that and all machines are not the same. Great workout

    Do you have more workouts with the weighted balls? Or, are there more for the $9.99 a month?

      Yes. You can look under the weighted ball playlists for all of them. I have around 13 or so. I also have workouts with hand weights that you can use the weighted balls with. You can join the TH-cam membership but I also have a website and app membership. So either membership. They are separate. Let me know if you have questions. All the same videos are on both platforms. Just my website includes class notes and filters.
