+Charlie Cat Did you know that Hudson was trying to get Nintendo to take the Turbo as the followup to the NES? Nintendo didn't think that it was enough of a jump to justify another machine at the time, so they passed. It was super popular in Japan though, and absolutely trounced the Genesis there in sales
Games like this, Rondo of Blood, Bonk, R-Type, Ninja Ryukenden, Bloody Wolf, Genpei Toumaden, etc, are the main reasons why I want to see a mini version of the TG16-PC Engine.
There was a 6-button pad, that was definitely the way to go. On a 2-button controller, it gives you all three (one of them is mapped to the Run button), and the Select button switches between punches and kicks.

Well you got your wish. Well most of the games you mentioned made it.
Just got a TurboGrafx 16 mini. I know I don't need another version of Street Fighter, but I kinda do wish this was on it.
TG-16 was true little power plant. Too bad it didn't have the success in America like the Super NES and Genesis!

I'm assuming since TG only had 2 buttons, they were just the roumdhouse and fierce buttons (strong attack) buttons?
