300k for a 3 season, 1 bedroom, no water, power or bathroom. Nice spot but seems to expensive for what you're getting. 2 sheds and a view doesn'tequal 300k in my book. Sad.

The road into the property is not plowed by the association currently. That really is the only limitation for access. Snowmobiling into the property for late winter access is possible.

Would HOA allow buyer to plow road in winter?

...hmmm...initial thoughts: wow, seems like ALL THE MONEY. You mentioned "honeymoonsuite" as "overflow" sleeping. Overflow from what? Given the $$$$ spent on cabins, can't help but wonder why, at the very least, lake water wasn't run to main cabin kitchen as well? OR, more importantly, perhaps the lot is not suitable for drilled well and/or septic? You're smarter than I, just seems as though sellers might have spent their money better. A lot of dough to be crapin' over a whole and no water. Something just isn't jake. I'm always one who enjoys Rick's presentations. This one just leaves me a bit skeptical.
Skeptical about what? If you want to drill a well and add a septic system, go ahead. The current owners kept it simple and did a nice job of it.

Yes you can. We had an off grid cabin on a lake with lake drawn water when I was a kid. We used it in the winter. The last section of road is not plowed by the association in the winter. That really is the only limitation for access and use.

Nothing is preventing you from changing the layout if you don't like it. I personally think it is very cool. Indoors and outdoors all work together creating a real neat camp experience.

Way overpriced for Maine. Lotta people trippin believing the imaginary value of their properties , not just in Maine. Fairytale prices. Imagine , one can buy a basic model f150 for 80 g to bring up there with them. Then pretend they are roughing it at stop and shop. No matter how far away it might be
