- I ran 15:53 in the 5k four weeks ago, and now I'm looking to run a huge personal best in the 10k. I've had the best training of my life this past month and I'm feeling really excited (and nervous) to run 25 laps this weekend!!
My PR is 32:57... How close to 32 minutes can I get?!

What's the track etiquette of running around "backwards"? Just one of those things that's fine if no one else is around, but if people show up, you start going around counter-clockwise?
the indoor track i go to has a rule where every day the track direction changes!
Oh, it was an earlier workout. I was going to comment that it was a bit too late to run this workout but now I see it was in late February.
